This place is like a jewel in the desert! It’s so charming and lovely inside. Nothing like just about every other place out here in STV. The staff is very friendly and professional. The Carrot Cake my wife and I enjoyed is exquisite! Dark, dense, moist, and flavorful. The Iced Chai Latte my wife had, she said, was delicious and the pour over coffee(from beans they roast themselves with a nice roaster right inside the front door) I enjoyed was surprisingly robust and bold without being astringent. I’m definitely coming back here!

The best coffee spot in San Tan /Queen Creek. Cold brew iced coffee and Nitro brew have me driving the short distance here instead of «those other high end joints.» Great rewards program, plenty of bakery items and Boars Head sandwiches. Great customer service, just wish they were open Sundays.

Amazing coffee, great customer service and delicious kolaches! Love this place!!! The baked goods aren’t as sweet as most people are probably used to, but taste homemade(as they are) so you don’t feel like you’re over indulging. The sandwiches are the cherry on top. So many choices and the lunch meat is fresh and hearty. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

They have good drinks and food but the prices seem a bit high. And the prices are not really displayed.

As a coffee enthusiast, I was excited to finally try this place out. Their coffee/espresso is out of this world! Nothing like Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. The barista’s were very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be making this stop a part of my weekday commute into town.

First time visit to Letha Mae’s. Tessa gave us the run down on the coffees and baked goods. We had our first pumpkin cold coffees and an éclair. Why haven’t I been here before now. Will definitely be back. Tessa was awesome!

I love this place! EVERYTHING is awesome! Seriously try it out… now! The coconut cream pie latte, dirty Chai, honey lattes and regular ol’ iced coffee are my fav. The carrot cake(I know… no naughty) is heavenly! The classic grilled cheese is oh so delish! Yummy! My daughter loves the Italian sodas.

Great little coffee shop and bakery in STV! The staff was friendly and the drinks were perfectly made. I’d love to stop by for lunch the next time I’m in the area… you can never go wrong with Boars Head deli meats!

My wife and I love a good Latte, I make one every morning for both of us before work. We do however like to get out to coffee shops and we were excited to find we have an actual independent coffee shop so close to home. Our first visit I got an Iced Coffee which was good, my wife got a vanilla latte and hers was way to sweet for her taste. We loved the atmosphere and wanted so badly to love this place and I convinced my wife to give them another shot. This time I asked that they lessen the pumps of sweetener in my wife’s drink. Here inlies the problem, they pour they don’t pump. While I am sure they are aiming for more of a professional barista motif, this throws consistency out the window. While she did lessen the time spent pouring, I could tell just by watching her that there was way too much syrup added and sure enough my wife couldn’t even drink it. They use Monin(which we use at home) and we have found that they are extremely sweet syrups. We love them but a little bit goes a long way. If you like sweet lattes without the taste of coffee then by all means they are great for that. I would still be willing to try them one more time(probably without the wife knowing) just in hopes that they were having an off day. As it stands I would give their Lattes a 2 star but I am really pulling for them, I just haven’t been sold completely on them. After reading all the reviews on their food though, that may be a great excuse to give them another shot.

Stopped in to try a sandwich before a round of golf today, and boy were we in for a treat! Being one who appreciates the art of making the perfect sandwich, Letha Mae’s ranks in the top 5 of all-time!(Yes, sandwiches like this are quite memorable!) Freshest bread, cheese, Boar’s Head deli meat… even the lettuce, avocado & tomatoes were exceptionally fresh and delicious! If you’re looking for a quality sandwich with just about any ingredient you can imagine, give these folks a try. I’ll bet they’d put together something even old Dagwood would be proud of! ;-)

First off, I am absolutely floored that something this high-calibre exists this far East in the Phoenix area. This place calls itself a bakery and café, but could stack up against any specialty coffee shop anywhere. You can tell from the décor that they are going for the 1930’s vibe. After talking to some of the staff, they told me that the owner named Letha Maes after his grandmother who raised him. A lot of the recipes in the store are her recipes. I had their Guatemala Chemex which was head and shoulders better than the one I had at Cartel earlier in the week. I got to see them fire up the roaster and that’s when they really impressed me. This place is as good if not better than any roaster in the U.S. After trying their espresso, cold brew and their single origin coffee, if pretty obvious that we will be hearing a lot from these guys in the future.
