I have ordered from this location multiple times and have never had an issue ever. Tonight I ordered my normal club lulu with no lettuce, regular sprouts, ez onions and I added ez dijon mustard. When I got my sandwich this time, the amount of sprouts was less than ez (even though I ordered regular amount) and there was no dijon mustard
So I called the shop and let them know. The first male on the phone told me that they are cracking down on how much sprouts they put on their sandwiches. When I made the point that the amount on my sandwich was less than ez, the male passed me off to another male (which I am assuming was either the supervisor or store manager).
When he got on the line, he advised me that they apologize for their mistake, but they would not be making me a new sandwich because it is a $ 7 sandwich. He also stated that instead, he will make sure to leave a note on my profile stating that future sandwiches need to have extra sprouts and to not forget mustard.
I have never gone to any food establishment whether it be fast food or a 5 star restaurant and have them refuse to remake an item that a mistake was made on by them. I was truly blown away by what he advised me. I made it clear that there would be no need to not ate my profile as we will no longer order their food after today.
Sadly enough, it took me stating that to have them remake my sandwich. Even with them remaking it, the male I spoke with felt the need to stress the fact that in order for them to bring me a new sandwich, I would have to return the original one… I honestly laughed when he said that because that is common knowledge in the food industry.
The problem with all of this is the fact that when it comes to customer service and the food industry, you always fix the issue at no extra cost to the customer. You never debate with them and treat them the way I was treated. It’s sad to see customer service in the food industry deteriorating.

Nothing too crazy special. I know they deliver «freaky fast», as I’ve ordered from them in other states, but this time we opted for pick up (we weren’t feeling lazy). Love that you can order and customize online. My family took turns customizing our sandwiches, then submitted our order. Conformation page said it’d take about 40 minutes. I was feeling impatient, so I drove over right away with high hopes. I got there no more than 7 minutes after we placed our order, and I kid you not, everything was made, wrapped and ready to go when I stepped in. Cashier that handed it to me was really friendly, and there was a nice vibe in there. Sandwiches were good, nothing to go bonkers over.

We tried this location again today and the food was again not correctly made. We won’t make this mistake again. Back to the Queen Creek location for some real JJ’s. PS to the manager. Please encourage your workers to clean up before the arrive at work. Disgusting!

I, like many others on here don’t have a great impression of this location. Every time I go in here they either mess up my order or they are rude/don’t have customer service skills. To that point… the reason I have to go in there? Unless you live across the street at Walmart, they WILL NOT deliver to you. I literally live 1.5 miles away and they refuse to deliver to my house. I think there is a problem with the manager at this spot because there is always different staff working there when I come in. I wish STV had more options because this place is just not up to par…

Ordered delivery at 7:17. I live 1.9 miles away and it was delivered within 10 minutes. Nothing to complain about.

Want to tell you best subs in the valley… Danny Anderson the manger was so kind and efficient! His staff Malia Santos and Kenny V were awesome! This is a place I will eat again and again… Who needs subway when you have Jimmy Johns and awesome people who work there! Thanks guys you’re the reason I’ll be back!

This place is a joke, «serious deliverery» my ass. I live in San tan heights and they wouldn’t deliver when barely out of range the gm messed up my order twice through in free bacon to correct then still got it wrong.

Not sure why the bad reviews. I have never had any problems. They are prompt, the sandwiches are very good. Although I have only picked up therr on my way home from work. I haven’t tried delivery at this location.

Too harshly reviewed by others. My experience has been great. Please don’t judge on those others.

I wish I could give zero stars for this location. Horrible food and horrible service. The guy at the counter — maybe 18 if that — was so rude to the point I simply did not order myself a meal. I did allow my kids to eat their meal there because they wanted to give them a try however huge mistake. Their order was wrong and when I took it back to have it corrected I was ignored and then after a man standing in line said he would wait while the kid corrected my order is when they finally told me that my order was right and they can’t help that I don’t know how to order my kids food right. I won’t ever go again and hope this type of customer service is not the norm.

This location is very disappointing. The first time my order was wrong they were apologetic and fixed the problem. Well it happened again tonight but they were really rude about it. Sounds like it’s management problem and I hope they fix it.

Saturday night we tried ordering two sandwiches only to be told that we were outside of their delivery range. After we told them that they had delivered here twice before, they said that we were outside of the range TODAY? We are 8 minutes away from there… Never ordering or eating at this Jimmy Johns AGAIN! What’s the point of advertising delivery if you can’t even follow through?

I love jimmy johns, but this one sucks! Worst service and sandwich I have had with this company!

Our family has visited this location a few times since it opened and the customer service has always been great. I’ve only tried their veggie sandwich, but if you can make a veggie sandwich taste great, that’s enough for me. My only complaint would go along with previous reviews… delivery radius isn’t large enough. I work from home and sometimes don’t have time to go out but am craving a sandwich. It would be nice if they would cover a larger area of STV.

I order here all the time for delivery. Usually they’re great. But Three times in a row my order was messed up and I was charged more money than what I ordered. Another time I had a $ 20 bill and my order was $ 11. The driver claimed to not have change and told me oh well I had to pay. I called and complained to the manager. I was promised a gift card they never gave me. Watch your receipts and double check your orders.

I can never eat here again because my sandwich had lettuce with red on it. I thought I picked It off and didn’t think anything of it until I ate a few more bites and started tasting blood. I nearly threw up and every time I drive by this store now I can taste blood in my mouth. They must cut lettuce or cabbage in the back and cut themselves.

I love Jimmy John’s in STV! They are fast as fast can be. The Veggie on Wheat is awesome! On day they didn’t have wheat, and couldn’t get in touch with me, so they delivered it on a sub roll, with a voucher for a free one… and added chocolate chip cookies!:-)

My favorite sub place of all time. They have wonderful sandwiches served on delicious bread. If they don’t deliver to you… I’d recommend driving the extra mile to pick up a sandwich. Don’t be lazy!

I really think Unilocal should allow zero as a score. I feel the food is mediocre at best but when add rude employees it makes it horrible. IL never visit this location again. Subway and firehouse subs are across the street.

I like Jimmy John sandwiches usually. This location lacks customer service though. I went to this location last night and asked if I could get the cucumbers on the side. The guy told me «no, we can’t do on the side items its either on the sandwich or it’s not». Then I waited for my sandwiches and asked for a bag when they were done and the girl pointed, «they are right there». … Right there was behind the counter. Guess they are so «fast» they can’t even bag up the items you just bought. Got home and my sandwich had no guacamole instead of no cucumbers. Such a disappointment. Eh no thanks I’ll go to firehouse subs or subway next time, which are located directly across the street.
