I was referred Phil by a friend of mine who spoke very highly of his work and after looking at Unilocal reviews we knew he was a good fit for us. We needed a new mailbox build after our original got hit by a garbage truck. Phil came out himself and rebuilt a new stone mailbox post, stucco, and replaced the mailbox in a few hours. He did an awesome job on it; very clean, and looks professional. He was stopped during his work by a passerby for a card. That’s some good advertising. I’m glad to have found someone I trust who does excellent work. We’re going to be doing a backyard overhaul next year and would not think twice about calling Phil in to help us on that project. I’ll post some before and afters once the paint dries.

My mom had a problem with her irrigation. We tried to reach out to her HOA but unfortunately they were unable to help her. Thankfully I was able to find this company on Unilocal and same day, Philip Brooks took it upon his self to drive over to assist her. He found the issue, was very informative and most of all, gave my mom peace of mind. We will definitely keep this company on our «go to» list, they offer an array of services, reliable, and a trustworthy business to depend on.

We had Phil and his team build an exterior wall to provide some privacy on our property in the Biltmore/​Arcadia area. We, and our neighbors, were very impressed with the end result. They worked very hard and we’re very eager to do the job properly. You won’t find that they cut corners to get a job done quickly, even in our summer heat! Would recommend and will use again in future.

I needed to find someone who could repair a fountain and fire pit in my back yard since the original company who built it completely did it wrong. The wiring was dangerous on the fountain, the pump and lighting didn’t work and the fireplace was a mess and didn’t work at all.
Ecoscape Constructors is local, and I have seen the quality work they do with landscape design. They came in and gave me a fair estimate on the back yard features and completed the job sooner than I expected.
We would definitely use them again when we decide to add other landscaping features to our home.
