The dental hygienist is very thorough. Most of the people that work there are really nice and good at their jobs. The thief and liar is the owner Dr Chaffin. He is very unprofessional and when he is in the office the atmosphere is very tense. I sat in the lobby for 25 minutes listening to him tell the ladies at the front and the new office mgr how to make the patient and insurance pay more on how they code it. Seems he really really likes the younger new women at the front he was flirting and telling all of them he is going to take a lucky one with him to some conference which I suppose he is going to make us (the consumer) pay for. Here is a tip for Dr. Chaffin BUY A NEW SHIRT that actually fits we are not impressed with your pseudo muscles. And stop talking crap about your previous dentists. Too bad a few dirty birds ruin it for the whole team.

I would have given five stars for the quality of care and respect they show, but apparently that is only when it is in person and when you don’t watch your bill. They charged me for work I never had done then never repaid me. I have called and they say they have sent it to their accountant and I should be receiving the money when they process it. It’s been almost four months. They are thieves and liars.
