Cloud 9 Landscape

Called these people about two months ago to have my yard taken care of and possibly have a ba-​b-​que built. The man I talked to told me he was at lunch and he would call me back. If he wasn’t going to take my call he should have let it go to voice mail but I guess his gut is more important.
I have since had that BBQ built by a competitor and have my yard taken care of by them also. Business lost for cloud nine.
BTW I still haven’t received that call back.
Find a business that cares.

Cloud 9 installed my front yard landscaping at my new home. The owner is a great guy to work with and his employees are very respectful and hard working. They got the job done in a timely manor and I could not be happier with the outcome. I will be calling them again when it is time for my back yard.

We live out in queen creek and also have seen the trucks everywhere. I had called three different landscapers. Cloud nine was the first one that showed up and gave us a very good deal. He said it was on the table and if we waited to make our decision we wouldn’t get the same price. Of course I’m only 23 bought a new house last year and had no idea how this was suppose to work. But we told the deal and signed the contract. He said he’d start the very next day. I had to work so my mom stopped by to check everything out. He never ask me what plants I wanted or the border of the grass. When she stopped by to talk to him, he was a complete A**. She tried to ask him question like what brand of sprinkler heads he was using and he talk to her like she was dumb. She also asked him to cover the black hoses to the drip system. Which was never done. She wanted to kick him out of my backyard! But didn’t, know I wish she would have! Everything was done in three days. I paid him in cash half the day I signed the paper work (with a check) and then He’d give me back the check and I’d give him it all in cash. Of course when the day came he forgot the check at home. The whole thing was a horrible experience. Now he doesn’t answer the phone. The voice mailbox is full! My border around the grass is falling apart he never cut the holes in the sod for the sprinklers. Most of the sprinkler head are to low to the grass. And two of my plants are died! I’m not sure what I can even do about it. But I just want to warn anyone looking for a landscaper NOT to consider Cloud Nine landscaping!

I have seen the trucks around town and decided to call Cloud 9 to check out my irrigation system. I called early Saturday morning and spoke to a man. He asked if I would be around that day. I had errands and other things to do, but I said yes and provided directions to the house and my phone number. Staying home all day and delaying those other activities proved to be a waste of time as he never showed or called.
