My long-​haired cat gets matted fur every year, and this time around, it started to affect her digestion and the poor thing was getting sick with hair balls multiple times a day. After doing some research, I decided on Aussie Pet Mobile. We set up an appointment with their groomer, Jason, and he was amazing, from start to finish! My cat was very comfortable with him, the cut was finished within 20 – 30 minutes, and she looks/​feels great! I’m definitely referring this business, and Jason’s services, to anyone who’s looking!

I will not be using this business’s services again. While the fact it is mobile is a plus, I feel as if it is overpriced. My dog had only needed an all over shave that was blended well. I am not asking for a brush out and slight trim with finesse that her breed is usually known for.
The groomer that came out was very friendly but took an hour and a half to do something that I most likely could have done myself with clippers and I’m not trained to do grooming.
Additionally I usually get my dog groomed regularly but because I was in the military I changed groomers a few times because of my mandatory moves. This by far is the worst cut my dog has gotten. Thankfully, for once, her coat grows quickly so I can make her look cute again.

I’ve used Aussie Pet Mobile twice now for my long-​haired cat. He gets a «lion cut» and has been getting this for about 5 years now. This last appointment we had Jason come out to groom our boy and also give our recently adopted one year old cat a nail trim. He called before coming out so that we could be ready with the «boys» and get them in their carriers and not scramble under beds at the last minute. Jason did an absolutely fabulous job on both the lion cut and the nail trim for both cats. We had a dedicated groomer for over four years before moving to Florence and she had set the bar pretty high as far as the grooming but Jason honestly blew that away. Our cat was done quickly and Jason really paid attention to detail on the what we asked for with the boots and toe tufts trimmed beautifully and he did a nice short mane trim. Amazingly enough, when Jason opened the carrier door for the cat to walk out, he stopped to give Jason a leg rub before strutting around the house, tail in the air, showing off his ‘do.
We will definitely be asking for Jason by name from here on out. Thank you so much for the wonderful job!

Great experience with Aussie Pet grooming! I had one cat groomed and he received the lion cut. Jason was kind and gentle with him… and me, as I think I was more nervous than my kitty! Elliot (our cat) came back in the house looking comfortable and happy. It was worth every penny and I will definitely have him come back next year. I will say the scheduling process was a bit bumpy (the scheduler didn’t know the exact prices and what it included), but the lady I spoke to admitted she was new so I am sure that will improve with time.

I have used aussie pet mobile twice now! Both times I have been very pleased! They get me in right away, I have a bit of a nervous cat and when they bring him back in he is happy as ever! My cat gets the lion cut. Little pricey but it is perfect and never any discomfort for my cat! I had jason this last time and he had my cat done in about 15 minutes! Recommend this place!

I have a Maine Coon Mix — a very fluffy rescue — who developed a mat patch down the center of his back. I was VERY concerned because I had never dealt with fur mats before despite having had cats prior to this one. I read that mats can be very uncomfortable, and my fear was that he would be nicked or cut if I tried to do it myself. I consulted Unilocal for a recommendation. So glad I did. I was thinking that this was the worst case of a mat known to mankind, but when Tina arrived she was nonplussed. I, however, was still concerned. Yeah, well George was out the door, in the van, patch EXPERTLY shaved, and back again within 15 minutes… Most probably closer to ten. No one needed a blood transfusion or Bandaid, and George is just lying on the floor half-​napping now as if to be saying, «thank you. I feel great! What took you so long? (sigh)».
Thank you, Tina. You were awesome! Also, she clipped his nails and the front and back claws of my 19-​yr-​old lady cat. The price, to me, for everything was VERY reasonable, and I’m definitely not out of touch with the cost of living. I will most definitely call them again… and this time without hesitation.

I felt they were overpriced for both dog and cat grooming. They price by breed and do not consider they are grooming less by weight for miniature varieties, so they are charging more for a smaller breed. It is difficult to find a mobile groomer to come were I am however, being that I live semi-​rural. I used them twice as they appeared to have good reviews. First time, the groomer did a great job. The second time, it felt more like a rush job, so the dogs weren’t done up as nice. I am on a tight budget and asked for the check to be held. It wasn’t, so it bounced the first time, cleared the second. This was some time ago. I just didn’t feel comfortable anymore between not being listened too and the fact that I feel they overcharge, so… they lost my business.

They are so good and take such good care to make our dogs have a relaxing experience. It’s like a day spa for them. They were so relaxed after Kelly finished that they just dropped and slept. I loved them so much, I set up a regular schedule to have them maintained. Great job!

A report was filed with the police department and after looking at the photos, speaking to my Vet (who had trauma-​related injuries noted in his report) and speaking to Tina L. (the groomer) and Candy M. (manager) in person they felt strongly enough to file an reckless animal abuse charge but unfortuantely the prosecutor decided not to prosecute it because it would be too hard to prove in a criminal court who actually inflicted the injuries. The groomer admitted some of my accusations and said that is just how they do it. The manager stoof by her and she is still out there grooming animals. I have a co-​worker who said she used this company as well but stopped because her dog would urinate in the van when her dog got groomed and it made her think something was going on in there. I am so devastated, I literally feel like vomiting when I see this van driving down the street.

They come right to your home with their mobile air-​conditioned van and get everything done very professionally. They include a nail trim as well.

We have two male cats, a Siamese and a Ragdoll. The Siamese doesn’t really need regular professional grooming, however we like our Ragdoll to get what is called a Lion Cut: body clipped short with fluffy head and main with boots and a tail poof. Though he looks a little ridiculous afterwards, this style helps keep him cool and reduces the amount of cat hair in our house. It also removes the need for us to perform «Delicate Maintenance» around his butt to avoid «dingle-​berries». (Google it) We wonder if this style makes him self-​conscious of his fat rolls, as he kind of looks like a cat version of a Shar Pei when clipped.
I like the idea that the company sends a full-​service grooming center on wheels to your door. Including bathing tub, clipping station etc This cuts down on travel/​trauma time for the kitties as most cats don’t like being in a carrier. They will come get the cat and wrap it in a towel or you can bring the victim out yourself in a towel or carrier. I elected carrier as I am paranoid of an escape attempt outside on our busy street.
Jason was our assigned groomer and he was very nice and professional. He was running about 45min behind that day as they are an extremely busy company often booking weeks in advance. He called about 20min before our appointment time to let me know of the delay, but ended up getting to my residence a few mins faster.
I had him clip my Siamese claws as this has proven to be a nightmarish task involving both my partner and I dealing with «Super Strength Halloween Cat» risking injury to all parties involved. Jason clipped them in about 2min with no complaints from surprisingly docile kitty. This is due to the fact that most cats get calm when thrust into totally foreign environs. Well worth the added $ 10.
Our Ragdoll likes getting groomed so once in the van he was fine. The only part he hated was being in the carrier which was about 1,5min. Longer carrier stays invoke memories of trips to the vet and all the indignities and suffering that sometimes happens at the good docs office.
Jason did a great job. He worked on our feline for about 40min and that included the clip, 2 shampoos, claws, eyes/​ears cleaning blow dry. Their deluxe package is worth it. The only thing I would change is not getting the perfume he scented the cat with. I had forgotten to mention the omission. It was a tropical blend that had our cat smelling like a Caribbean Escort which he spent a good while trying to lick off.
When I got back to the van, our cat was showing some serious love to Jason and was very happy. Not sure if his new scent was inspiring him to adopt some type of «come-​hither» behavior!
I will use this company again as our regular groomer is away. She had recommended we use her vet’s office, but they charge for an examination on top of grooming fees plus there’s the yowling duet 15min drive to and from.
This was fast, friendly, trauma-​light (for myself and kitties), and worth the money. They may cost more but they show up at your house in a deluxe grooming center on wheels saving you time and your pets stress. We don’t have kids, so the Furry Dudes get the best. We feed them the best food, use the best litter, carry pet medical, and love’em like crazy.

I had been looking for a Cat Groomer for quite a while. Had brought my Himalayan in to Petsmart (4 different locations) and Banfield Pet Hospital (and many others)…groomers came and went and then said they would not do him. My cat gets very stressed and is difficult to Groom. Jason from Aussie came over, picked him up and started petting him under his chin. My cat «Kasper» loved it and he usually hates men! I was very nervous, but Jason did an awesome job and he looks better than anyone else has done in the past! I love him and will be using them again. I am a very happy customer and it was well worth the cost, which was much, much less than what the Vet charged me. My grumpy cat is happy again! :)

They wanted $ 104 to groom a cat with some matted fur, or $ 84 alone to groom a cat. No other groomer wanted CLOSE to this.
