Superb Service! Junk-​project gave me quite a competitive quote and the service was just way too satisfactory. The two working guys that came today are professional and friendly (plus handsome…). I already recommended to two other friends and would refer to anyone who might need the hauling service.

Wow! That was fast, thorough, and as they say on their card, truly left the «situation better than we found it»! We had accumulated «junk» on the side of the house, to the point where it was difficult to walk through. We called this morning around 8 (Sunday), and it’s not even noon yet, and now we can walk unimpeded through our side yard! They even swept up the leaves after the junk was removed! Thank you, Junk Project!!!

Working with the junk project was as easy as it gets! Kyle was very friendly, honest and on time. I’d use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks again.

I needed to get rid of an old 36″ Sony CRT TV that is at least 230 lb. Kyle of Junk-​Project was quick to set me up a next day pick up with a reasonable price. And 5% of their proceed in Dec is given to Boy scout troop 874 which is great.
On day of pick up, They were running late like 30 min but they called me ahead of time which was fine for me. The two gentlemen who came to pick up the TV were polite. And they were careful during the moving process so as to avoid damaging the surrounding for the TV was really heavy.
My wife and I are very pleased with their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this company, top to bottom. My mom passed away on Thanksgiving and I needed to clean out her house while I was in town (live in Phoenix). They sorted everything by whether it’s trash or donation worthy. They were clean, courteous, respectful of what just happened, and downright awesome. I felt so overwhelmed when she passed, knowing that I had to clear her house of everything, but these guys eased all fears I had. To top it off, they were way less than their competitors. I don’t do a lot of reviews, but when I do, you know it’s serious.

I needed to get rid of an old set of living room furniture and I called the guys at the Junk Project. They were able to come get it the same day. They were careful with the doors and wore booties on their feet to protect my carpet and floors from dirt. They were also courteous and friendly.

I experienced an overwhelming situation when my father passed leaving me with an acre of 40 years worth of stuff I didn’t know what to do what it was worth if it was worth anything I called the Junk project kyle came out and walk me through every step of what would happen to the stuff what was worth this helped me out immensely above and beyond any kind of customer service I’ve ever experienced in the past I’m very grateful in the end got rid of everything at a reasonable price could’ve had a better experience

I was having new sofas delivered and yet thought that there was still a lot of life left in my old ones and wanted them to benefit someone who needed them. Kyle was great! I called, he got back to me promptly, and turned up within 24 hours, at the time he was supposed to. These guys are wonderful, they reuse, recycle, up cycle and if all else has failed they will trash for you — but their aim is to get more life out of the stuff you do not want. For their service they charge a small fee, which is indicated in the first phone call, so there are no surprises. I found them extremely professional, courteous and personable and would not hesitate to use them again.

The people from junk project were very very helpful in getting our things moved put of my old house. The two guys that came were very personable and very easy to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a lot of things removed from your home.

Where do I even begin? FIRST off Kyle was wonderful from the start. He was courteous and straight forward. Promptly responded to calls/​texts. And pretty much explained the break down of price rates. I scheduled the appointment 2 days in advance and Chris and Dylan arrived in their dump truck. It was a garage full of trash and junk that had to be dived into. Many years of storage from my parents. I was extremely stressed out. But The Junk Project saved us. They started working with no problem at all. They were extremely helpful and genuine. They worked fast… they even swept up after. If ever I need this kind of service again– I’m hiring The Junk Project… and if you’re in search of this kind of service– LOOK NO FURTHER. These guys are reasonably priced and work hard. Highly recommended!!!

The Junk project was efficient and professional. Kyle responded immediately to our request… while we still have not heard from some of the others we asked to bid. He was clear in his description of his services and his pricing. He offered us a time and date and explained that given we were the second job he might be late. It turned out not only was he not late but in fact called to see if he could come earlier. Our construction debris was cleared out in rapid time! We would highly recommend The Junk Project and would definitely use them in the future.

The quote was generated in less than 24 hours. Kyle was willing to work with us, accommodated our schedule, and was flexible with the types of items we had (office furniture, lab equipment, green house supplies, etc.)
Junk Removal Process: Kyle and his crew were on-​time. They problem solved quickly a few items that were heavier and larger than expected. He was mindful of our schedule, and made-​it-​work. Overall: I had a positive experience with Kyle and The Junk Project. The team is professional, willing to work with you, and everything is clearly communicated from start to finish.

We just bought a fixer upper and the previous owner left behind trash in the house, basement, back years, and multi car garage. It took 8 family members 3 days to pull everything out onto the curb.
Kyle went above and beyond with his customer service by negotiating between us, the real estate agent, and the previous owner. He was able to receive payment from the reluctant previous owner for the four truck loads! They were quick, reliable, and swept up afterwards. We are thankful that the trash did not offset our new home budget and more than satisfied with The Junk Project and their mission.

I used Kyle for removing some appliances and debris. Kyle was very accommodating as well as on time. He dived right in and got the job done just as promised. No excuses, and would recommend to anyone in need of his services to use Kyle. Plan to use his services again and again. Well job done Kyle.

Spoke with Kyle and he was very straightforward. Explained to him that I was out of town and needed to have him work with my wife who was not comfortable having a stranger come to our home without me being there. He and Dylan came over quickly gave us a fair quote and did the job on the spot. He even gave us a good referral for some remodeling work that we have been trying to bid out. Thanks guys for taking care of of a situation that has been a nightmare for over a year!

Hired Kyle and team to haul a load of junk before my move. I had some furniture, boxes, miscellaneous junk. Far to much to haul in our SUV. I needed help.
They were on time, did exactly what they said they would do for a reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for more.
