Rebecca Grado MFT

I can’t believe i’m the first to write Rebecca a review! Anyway, she is great. She was recommended by my acupuncturist at the time, Brielle Kelly of Yinfinite Wellness in San Carlos, CA. Rebecca is an intuitive psychotherapist. When I first contacted her, I was struggling with worry, fear and depression caused by my inability to get pregnant. Although willing to speak with me on the phone, I thought that was weird, so our first appt was in person, followed by later phone sessions. She is totally able to do what she does over the phone, too, which really surprised me! Rebecca is warm, and the techniques she taught me regarding energy work and modifying my thought process were really inspriational. She helped me move out my old, negative thought patterns and helped me see the silver lining to every cloud, and how things don’t come in the front door when you’re staring at it, willing the doorbell to ring, but they do come in the backdoor, when you’re not paying attention. .. And that’s exactly what happened! I don’t think I could have gotten to where I am now without her help, and where I am now is (finally!) where i’ve wanted to be for so long now! Thank-​you, Rebecca!!!
