Physical Therapy Specialties is by far the best experience I have had. The office staff are very personable, professional and empathetic of your situation. I saw Karen who is the best! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and I love that there are private rooms.

While I’m waiting in another office, this is a good time to make a review of this place.
Many months ago I suffered a life-​threatening shock that caused arm damage and soreness. After months of not recovering quickly, my doctor recommended this place for some PT sessions. I was skeptical at first.
After just a month of having sessions twice a week, I have already seen dramatic improvement with almost complete recovery of mobility and still working on decreasing the internal muscle discomfort. Thus, I am greatly satisfied.
More than anything, I am impressed with the staff. They are very friendly and genuinely concerned about the welfare of patients. They are neither too aggressive nor too lax, and have a perfect conservative approach to treatment.
My main interface has been primarily with 3 people (Elaine, Missy, and Iris) and I hope I got that right. All 3 are perfect for their job. Iris (PT) has been especially thorough and knowledgeable about my specific issues, and Missy passes by other treatment time with interesting conversation. These people clearly like their job and know it well.
As a result of my experience here, my whole impression of PT has greatly changed from thinking they might be like the bitching pushy PT coaches on some of those TV reality shows. These ladies at PTS get the job done without torturing the patients !

Removing the post as it was for the wrong clinic

I am updating my review after hearing from Laren (Owner of this business). He spoke to me for a while and looked at our paperwork. He said that due to misunderstanding, we were charged additional fee.
He corrected it and sent us the invoice with zero balance.

I can not express how highly I regard the staff at physical therapy specialties. I have had problems with my back for several years and the help I have received from the therapists has improved my mobility
So I am able to do the activities I want and need to do. The therapists have not just helped the pain, they have taught me good body mechanics and exercises to maintain a healthy back. All the therapists are excellent and the support staff is splendid. I will miss PT with my new friends but I recommend this place for anyone who has pain!

I broke my hand about 5 months ago. Was told because I opted not to have surgery (I don’t like hospitals) that I might not ever have full range of motion with my pinky which I figured I could live with. Was skeptical about physical therapy. Missy and Missy took great care of me. 5 months later I have full range of motion and no residual affects of my broken hand. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been working with Mrs. Jane at Physical Therapy Specialties for well over a year and I’m enjoying the best physical status I’ve had since I was in my 20’s. I have a very complex chronic pain disorder (disabled) that is pervasive throughout my body, but they always find a way to improve whatever is bothering me on any given day.
What’s most important is the progress I’ve had with Mrs. Jane. I worked with a couple of their high-​profile competitors and literally went backwards with their treatment approach. I’m doing so well now that I’m able to practice martial arts again after missing most of the past 2 years with pain & limited ambulatory ability.
I strongly recommend Physical Therapy Specialties to anyone seeking any relief from stubborn joints, chronic pain, injury, or whatever physical ailment you have.
I’ve seen 11 doctors now and no one has improved my symptoms better than Mrs. Jane.
The office is spotless, the staff is super friendly, and they have every device needed to treat just about anything. Go now! Stop suffering!
