The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, returning phone calls promptly, exceeding my expectations. I have two complaints. One is that when I make an appointment with a new physician (Dr. Lewis), it is confusing to have a PA walk into the examining room and introduce himself without explaining clearly up front that he is a PA. I assumed I had been transferred to another doctor. Only at the end of the appointment did he mention that he was a PA, and that if I wanted to see the doctor I could, but would have to wait for 5 or 10 minutes. I opted not to wait so cannot comment on the physician. The second complaint is that the staff failed to return the x-​ray CD I had brought with me. They took it to be copied assuring me they would get it back to me.

John Muir. He was a good guy. The medical groups associated with his name are unreal. I’ve been in their system for 20 years now and they only get *better.* Always prompt. Always friendly. Always nice locations.
This isn’t Kaiser. This isn’t 7 – 11 healthcare.
I had to visit Dr Bernhoft for further evaluation of my wrist injury. 2pm appointment and I was in the room and seen just as soon as I had the usual paperwork filled out. Friendly guy. The visit was quick and efficient. Start to finish the visit was handled well. All the other dialog I heard with other patients was the same. A truly pleasant environment with professionalism the whole time.
