I found Helen in Unilocal while looking for a new nail technician as my current girl is out of the country. I’ve tried a few places in between and I have walked away feeling disappointed, nails not shaped right, feeling like my requests were not obliged.
I called Helen and scheduled an appointment. She took time to ask me what type of product was on my nail and what I wanted. She was able to accommodate my schedule. Within the first few minutes of my appointment I felt at ease, felt like she actually cared about what I wanted. She looked at my nails, asked about my preferences and actually listened to my requests. I’m pretty picky about my nails and most especially about pink and whites. I don’t like them thick, want a natural look and don’t want a thick white line.
Helen was very honest with what she could do for my nails and began to work on them meticulously. It was easy to communicate with her, explaining what are my likes and dislikes. Needless to say she delivered. I was so impressed that I will be returning. Not only for the actual end result but due to her warm demeanor. The atmosphere was definitely different from other salons, I really liked it. She was very professional and I felt like she genuinely cared about my results and how I felt about her service.

I came here twice. Helen was introduced by Becky because Becky doesn’t do acurlics. Helen listen to my request and made my nail look so good.

I have been going to Helen for many years and have been very satisfied with her excellent service. She is always on time, I never have to wait past my appointment time. Her service is excellent and I always get compliments on my nails. Not only that she is a lovely, hardworking lady and someone you will enjoy spending time with.

Thank you Helen for the French pedicure! I loved the foot scrubbing and massage too! I’ll be back!

What a pleasure it was to finally meet a manicurist who provides quality work. Helen is wonderful and does excellent work. I had a new set of pink & white nails and pedicure. My feet and toes look great and my pedicure was relaxing. My nails look natural. Helen is a perfectionist and made sure I was happy. I already made my next appointment.

**Helen can be found at Studio S in San Ramon!!** I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have always skipped around to different salons… until I met Helen 6 years ago. Since then I have never been happier or gotten more compliments on my pink & white nails and my pedicures. She is awesome! She’s a perfectionist with all the details which I really appreciate — people think my nails are real! She also does great pedicures — extremely relaxing and I always love my little nail designs :) she’s the nicest woman ever and I love talking with her. Helen is the absolute best!!! I’ve never had a better mani and pedi. She is extremely precise and really takes pride in her work. I was referred here after I saw someone else’s manicure and I could never go to anyone else again!!!
