Here are some issues you may or may not encounter. The location is not very frilly or fancy. In fact, it can be hard to find being upstairs in an obscure looking building. Also, while it wasn’t a huge problem for me, it is clear english is their second language so I can understand how perhaps miscommunications may happen. The walls are pretty thin so you some times you could hear people walking around or watching tv. That being said, my overall experience was good. I had no problems booking an appointment. We were greeted when we arrived and taken straight in for our massages. Medium pressure was fine for me, but if you want something more deep tissue I definitely would ask for firm. I felt very relaxed the whole time. You can’t beat the price, especially with the living social coupon.

3.5 Not the best of massages I’ve ever had, but not the worst either. I guess it was on me to ask for more than medium pressure. I would be willing to come back and give a second shot on that note. Staff was friendly, prices are ok, and there is a parking lot.

I think the review from Danielle says it all. I did like the way they rubbed my feet so there’s the 2 stars! Just wouldn’t get full body massage from here again.

Me and my boyfriend purchased a Living social coupon for this couples massage. It was his first time and I had to convince him to do this. I did not do my research before purchasing by Unilocaling the reviews. Once I looked it up I notice the pleasant hill location had bad reviews so I decided to book with San Ramon in hopes it would be better. I did not know that this was going to be an Asian massage parlor. The kind of sketchy place where you question if people come for«happy endings» it was a bit stuffy in the room. The ladies asked him and I if we prefer«soft or hard» pressure. He said soft I said medium. Halfway through the massage we both had to ask them twice to turn up the pressure. It merely felt like they were just rubbing us and not massaging at all. The techniques sucked, felt like they weren’t doing anything that had training or skill to it. Then halfway through they begin talking loudly and laughing in they’re language which is totally unprofessional. I’ve had many massages in the past to know that this was a total waste of money and a bad experience for my man being a first timer. I didn’t even want to leave a tip but I did because that’s just me. The floorboards and massage table were pretty creaky. The décor looked cheap. I would not recommend. I should’ve stuck to my normal AMP«head to toe“in WC if I wanted to go the AMP(Asian massage parlor) route. I left feeling not relaxed at ALL because throughout the whole massage all I could think about was how terrible it was!
