I always try to get a pretzel from Wetzel when I come to the San Raphael mall because they are fresh, tasty and filling. I can have one for lunch and be full.

I got a pepperoni pretzel one for myself and one for my sister. These things are huge. We would have been better sharing one in order to make it a snack. Kinda high in the price point, ended up being about 10 bucks. It was okay, I wish I had gotten sauce but that would have been more money. The cashier seemed friendly enough although they seemed like she could care less.

There are times when my son and I will get some. He likes extra salt and I like minimum. We don’t do sauces since they are not that interesting. Sometimes they just hit the spot.

One star because the pretzel was delicious, otherwise I wish they had kept up that absurd no refund sign because I never would have bought anything otherwise, it’s not very promising to get a disgusting product and not even be able to exchange it for something more appetizing. Very odd way to operate a business.

I have to say the new sign scares me, it reads something like«ALLSALESAREFINAL, NORETURNS. THEFRESHNESSOFOURPRETZELSISDECIDEDBYUS. DON’T COMEBACKWITHYOUR „HAIR“ YOUFOUNDINOURPRETZELS, OUROVENSBAKEAT600DEGREES» What happend to the customers always right? Although I’ve never personally had a problem with my good at Wetzels, I have noticed, open and empty(eaten?) sauce containers stacked with the ones that they are about to serve. SKETCH. Also, what does it say that this situation has arisen so many times that they need this sign? I mean got to look at the common denominator here, Wetzels. Also, isn’t it possible the employees hair go on the pretzel after the baking process? Well whatever, this new sign is a BADLOOK. It’s aggressive and printed on someone’s home printer. I’m definately going to thoroughly inspect future pretzels at the counter before I leave. Good luck, and remember, all sales are final. :P

Always have to go there when we go to the movies. They give you a percentage off if you show your tickets. Too bad it’s not closer to the food court. Don’t we all miss the Mrs. Fields too? At least we can have a great pretzel!

My son is obsessed with their pretzel bites with cheddar cheese. I prefer the jalapeño pepperoni pretzel, yummy. They have lots of slushy lemonades on tap and they just got coffee flavors in too.

i heart wetzel’s pretzels… wetzel’s has a very soft spot on my heart… everytime i walk by one, i have to plug my nose, close my eyes, and attempt to run away before i get filled up with a massive amount of calories. but sometimes, i just can’t resist. those bitz are just so beautiful… soft, chewy, hot, fresh… perfect with a side of jalapeño cheese sauce. the prices are pretty high for a regular pretzel… the best deal is the bitz… more than enough to feed 2 – 3 people. oh, and they normally sell out of these quickly… so pay up front and they’ll let you know when it’s done. i can’t really rate customer service here as they just take your money, give you your pretzel… and you move on with your life.

Wetzel’s pretzels sells dogs, various twists and flavors of pretzels, and soft drinks all in the 3 range. sampling: fresh lemonade(2.99) –tart, sweet, and a taste like mold? –claims they twists the lemon when making lemonade, not squeezzing it. maybe they twisted the skin also. making the lemonade a real lemon.

This place usually makes great pretzel’s! The cinnamon pretzels are tasty! Also they make great lemonade and frozen drinks, perfect for a hot day. I’ve had many a doughy delicious pretzel from here. The service is what drags this place down one star for me because it is hit and miss. It is also in a weird location because if there is a short line, you’re standing in the middle of a main walkway. They should also invest in some awning because the sun shines right on the food case and lemonade. Workers can be a little slow, especially with picky customers(get a pretzel and shut up, stop asking questions like this is some fine dining place!). One time they didn’t have any plain pretzels so I had to have an Original, which had way too much salt for me(how the heck do people eat that much salt? Yuck.) They also have a good frequent pretzel buyer card, which will rack you up some free pretzels. Overall this is a good place, and one of the few places I actually like in Northgate. Keep the fresh ones comin’!
