Valkyrie Tow

Parked my car in the wrong space at home. My bad. Then it gets worse.
Security patrol calls Valkyrie Tow to take my car away. Ok, I can understand that. But, then it gets worse.
Neighbor observes the tow and reports driver scrapes bottom of car, and there is fluid left behind. But — wait for it – it gets worse…
I call Valkyrie first thing Friday morning to get my car. Voicemail. I call every hour for five hours. Voicemail. I get a person on call six, and he says he is not at the office, but he will call me in 5 minutes. Guess what? Right, no call after 30 minutes.
I would not recommend Valkyrie Tow to any security firm or property management firm that would like to avoid complaints from tenants.
