Ross Valley Compounding Pharmacy

i have been searching for a compounding pharmacy after moving to the area and am so glad I found this one. They are very efficient and extremely nice to deal with !!

This is the BEST compounding pharmacy I’ve ever been to! I used to live in Tucson and then in Santa Barbara and the compounding pharmacies made me the most disgusting troches ever. It was a huge burden to put those things under my tongue every night and they took forever to dissolve.
But then I moved to Marin and discovered Ross Valley Compounding. The pharmacist Samira (sp?) makes the best tasting troches EVER. (Okay, troches sometimes taste bitter, but Samira’s troches are the easiest to take and the lemon flavor actually tastes lemony unlike those nasty «raspberry» troches from Tucson which were pink and tasted nothing like raspberry.) And my troches were about $ 15 less per month here than in Santa Barbara.
And Samira has been so helpful in answering questions and my concerns. She always greets me with a smile and I feel very taken care of. I’m very grateful to have found this compounding pharmacy!

Simply the worst incompetent staff ever. First they refuse to file your insurance claim. Second they print out unreadable receipts for your insurance to reject. Third once they finally give you a legible receipt then their NPI number is not in the database so it rejects again. They are administrative kindergarteners and they do not contribute to the health care community. If you are not sick when you go see them you will be by the end of the prescription saga.

Paul and the staff are the kindest, most understanding pharmacists I have ever encountered. I wish they could take insurance in payment, but when we needed them they were otherwise perfect.
