This woman is amazing! The entire experience from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave sets the bar for how other dental offices should be. Appointments are timely and her work is thorough and HONEST. Her staff is amazing. She never tries to inflate costs/​procedures like other dentists do. I have referred 4 people to her and they love her as well. Seriously, I will never go to another dentist as long as she is around!!!

I was in need of a crown and needed to find a reputable dentist, and fast! A friend reccomended Dr. Douglas. For my first experience getting a crown, it was a breeze. Not only was she professional, she was very detailed in her explanation of what she was doing, what to expect afterwards, etc. She put me completely at ease with the whole process. I returned a month later for a cleaning and was just as pleased. I’m so happy that I have found my new dentist!

Dr Douglas & her staff are wonderful! Marsha is my dental hygienist and she is gentle and fun to talk to. They are all very caring. I love that now they send text reminders for appointments.

I’ve been a Roni Dawn Douglas patient since the early 80’s when she began practice in San Francisco. I live now in San Bruno and drive all the way to San Rafael ’cause I wouldn’t have any other dentist. Her prices are competitive for the area. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary procedures. Roni and her staff are great. If I could afford it, I would see her every six months for a cleaning and just to say «Hello».
