My husband and I looked at a few pieces and said we’ll come back. My husband returned to get the pieces we were interested in. Apparently, he was not told that that if the furniture was marked down, we cannot return it. Well, two of the pieces did not match the colors of our house and San Rafael port and manor would not even let us exchange the pieces that do not match because they were marked down. They would not even consider applying credit towards another piece and exchanging it for another color. If you want great furniture and you have to change your mind about it, DO NOT COME HERE!
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Really nice furniture, great prices and friendly salespeople. Both Jackie and Bob are very knowledgeable and helpful– a rarity in Marin! Lots of things in stock or you can order exactly how you want it. After discovering them, I’ve sent lots of friends and everyone has had the same experience.

Great customer service. Low pressure sales, and really excellent prices. Their pieces look like RH but at about 25% the price. Karen was great to work with, it was like chatting with a close friend who happened to be selling me furniture. Will definitely go back, and they have a 30 day return policy.

Port and Manor is not to be missed if you love furniture that looks far more expensive than what it will really cost… This company used to wholesale to the designer trade and now you are getting their custom designed and company built BEAUTIFUL coaches, dressers, beds, tables, chairs, buffets – you name it and it is there, items that can ordered to your color and wood preferences.
Karen is a delight to work with and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I know you have passed in several times if you live in Marin, when you finally stop you will be like me and a committed customer!

All mahogany wood furniture offered in many levels of distress. Or pure dark wood. Construction is high quality Dovetail drawers, opening and closing crisply. Solid couches and chars with many cushion and pillow choices.
Very nice quality at good prices for mahogany.
Service people are knowledgable. A find.

Exactly what Marin County needs! Quality furniture choices without the astronomical price tags. Thanks so much for opening. The last thing we thought we needed was a new piece of furniture, but we got so excited walking through the inventory that we decided to go home and make a list of everything that was tired and in need of replacement.
We also called our friends who are in the market for furniture to pass the word. This place deserves a big thumbs up.

this place is a GEM! I recently purchased sofas and antiques from Port and Manor just before thanksgiving, and I received ALOT of compliments on them. The antiques are reasonably priced. it was such a steal!
I also did a custom order on a dining set three months before purchasing the antique (Yes! they do custom orders too!!)
The order was scheduled to arrive in 13 weeks, but apparently there was some sort of issues at the Oakland port and my order was delayed for three weeks.
The owner and the staff were VERY accommodating about it!

We went to this store to find some home décor items. This store is way better than some high end furniture stores around such as P. Barn and R. Hardware. Better price, better quality and more unique products. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.

This place is great. Forget overpriced Los quality (but good looking) Restoration Hardware. This company is awesome, killer prices, great staff.
