Seriously this is as good as it get.
I was referred by a friend when two of our computers started to crash at the same time.
I asked on my Facebook if they know anyone who can help me.
In the past I sent my computers to Best Buy and they charged me $ 125 just to diagnose it. The last time I sent it to them it ended up costing me $ 200 for them to tell me my computer has crashed but I can buy a new one!!!
Never again!
Well, Rene, from NewEra Tech, came to my house right on time. He is extremely professional and kind, and he went straight to work on both our computers at the same time.
He is honest and trustworthy, and he fixed and set up both our computers and installed the antiviral software needed for each one.
I asked him what his coverage is, and he covers Sonoma thru San Francisco.
