Steve Johnson provides services as an electrician as he’s changing his business model due to competition for security systems from the big players such as Bay Alarm. He did work for me in his capacity as an electrician. He took my call, even while on a long weekend trip with his wife and was wonderful about coming out on a Sunday to fix a problem with my Hot Springs Spa as soon as he got back the next day. He showed me the problems with it and even drove off for a hour to get a spare part. He was prompt polite and very knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He’s your guy if you have an emergency electrical issue in the Bay Area and need to get hold of someone good at short notice.
