It’s really hard to describe in a Unilocal review what NSA chiropractic is all about. It’s absolutely not just about getting rid of pain — it can help with that for sure, but it’s more about helping you be the best version of you so you have a more awesome life. And it falls under the umbrella of chiropractic because it involves the spine, but it isn’t like the traditional chiropractic treatments I’ve received in the past.
When I first started my head was actually 6 inches forward, kind of like a modern Neanderthal. After a few months of NSA sessions, my head was totally upright, and I felt less stressed. I didn’t understand how it could work, but was totally convinced that there was something to it.
Since that time my wife and I go, and we’ve introduced several friends as well. I honestly believe that receiving NSA from a skilled practitioner truly makes your life — how you feel and interact with the world — way better. So much so that we’re about to start paying to have our assistant go as well.
That’s all NSA, now specifically to Drs. Michael and Nanilea. These guys are absolutely top-​notch professionals. They really know their stuff, and they consistently attend programs with the creator of NSA so they keep growing as practitioners. I drive up from San Francisco for my sessions with them, and it’s absolutely worth the commute.
Not only are they consummate professionals, but they’re sincere, genuine people who care about the health and welfare of their practice members (customers). My wife’s father’s back was all screwed up from a back surgery 40 years ago, and Dr. Michael and Dr. Nanilea have been awesome with my father-​in-​law, just caring for him with such dedication.
So, all that to say that I love being one of their practice members and am so grateful for the changes and growth they’ve helped me achieve.

Dr. Michael and Dr. Nanilea have created in Life and Body Wellness Center a true haven for healing. First and foremost they really, truly care. They take the time to ask questions and really listen to not only what is going on with your body but also what is going on in your life. They understand that it is all connected so they seek to see the entire picture of your life. From this deep place of understanding they begin their care.
I have been under their care for nearly a year now and my life has opened up and transformed beyond what I thought was possible. I feel better physically, yes, but that is really just the beginning. I am able to see patterns and old ways of being that have kept me stuck physically, emotionally and mentally. I now have the tools to recreate myself and my life. I’ve never felt better or been more happier! YES!

Life and Body Wellness has changed my life! For years I have been a victim of chronic back pain which would radiate into my legs causing severe numbness and tingling. I have tried many different treatments to help my pain including prescription drugs, physical therapy, water therapy, and finally steroid injections into my spine. Unfortunately the injections did not work the first time so I had to go back two more times afterwards. The pain was so debilitating that I became depressed and angry. At this point I was willing to do anything including surgery. I went to two different surgeons for opinions and was ready to undergo the knife.
Last March I was out to dinner with some friends and one of the girls mentioned Drs. Michael and Nanilea and how they helped her. I decided to give it a try and am forever grateful that I did. For the past year my life has completely changed. I wake up everyday with a smile on my face since I am pain free. It is amazing! I now exercise on a regular basis and have even joined a cycling group.

This place is amazing, if you have never tried NSA before it may seem a bit odd, but it does wonders.
This is true wellness, not just a quick adjustment to address an issue but ongoing growth and healing.

This place is just full of people trying to take your money! With their $ 20 promotion to try this «alternative» type of chiropractic, they try to sell you on a plan before you walk out the door on your first of two visits! They tried to show me how much benefit I received from laying on a massage table with the NSA technique (which really is just barely touching random areas of your back). This is a load of baloney. Save your money and time, and go see a real chiropractor.

Dr. Nani and Dr. Gregg are two of the most professional, driven, dedicated, and compassionate people I know. I have been a patient of theirs for years and highly recommend them. The wellness center is warm, cozy, and inviting. It is a place you look forward to going to and feel great when you leave.

After 10 weeks of coming here, I did my first 5K in 30 years! 10 weeks before, I could barely walk or crawl out of bed, and thanks to this Center and the knowledge, expertise and care they provide, I beamed as I crossed the finish line! PAIN FREE!
