Kaiser Terra Linda Mob1 Pharmacy

The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Due to this pharmacy consistently not having medication, I have had to go through withdrawal. I’ve been told many many times that my prescription is ready and released. I drive over an hour to get to the pharmacy and they are not ready. I already explained i have chronic pain and the drive is difficult for me. Another time, they lost the hardcopy from my doctor. Another time they gave me the wrong medication. Why should I have to wind up in the hospital for not having my medication? I’ve made complaints upon complaints. My friend took the day off work, they told him to come up. He only had a small window of time and again they said when he got there they weren’t ready. I have NEVER in my life seen such incompetency. Moreover, it happens continually and doesn’t change. Don’t use this pharmacy if you have a choice! Worst ever!

The pharmacists here have been consistently kind and informative,
Getting prescriptions filled has been an exercise in patience… Their website will say an order is ready to be picked up, and then it isn’t. The next time I call to confirm and am put on hold for 20 minutes… then confirmed… then wait in line for another 20 minutes… not ready.
Argh
