Everytime I go to Jc Paper in San Rafael there is this young lady her name is Jesselyn she is wonderful, she always helps me find the right paper for my projects, shes wonderful. It happens that everytime i go shes alone or idk if she works by herself but shes always busy with 5 or 6 costumers am suprised how patient she is and she can handle all that preasure. I love this store started going in August of 2014 and since that day i go almost every month … Hope Jc paper values their employees because Jesselyn is great .!

A great place to browse for good paper at a low price. Paper and envelopes in various sizes and colors and good card stock and cover stock are out on open shelves, and they put out sale goodies that can be enticing. The staff knows the papers they carry or that can be ordered and when you explain what you are looking for, they are always very helpful. Last Christmas we went in looking for paper on which to print a greeting card; Joan who manages the place spent all the time that was needed to find just the right color and weight. It had to be ordered in, but she took care of that immediately and had the paper sent to the house. Every visit we have made to the shop and every phone call over the years for UPS delivery has been handled with care and efficiency and kindness.

Went here the other day and had great customer service. The young man showed me some quality paper and it was half off. Thanks JC Paper I will be continuing to shop here, due to great service. I also got some envelopes for 50 cents. Awesome prices too!

Called at 9 am to find out if JC Paper opens at 9 am. Pleasantly surprised they open at 8:30 am! Had another great experience here fulfilling my paper needs.
