Ecolook Window Cleaning

After our previous experience, Matt (the owner) emailed me to apologize for a missed appointment. As I was out of town, he scheduled with my husband at a mutually convenient time. My husband reports that he appreciated Matt’s candor and detail to cleaning. Matt was gracious enough to more than make up for the missed appointment by cleaning numerous windows at his cost. Thank you!

Got a voucher from Livingsocial in the summer. Called to book 2 months in advance. They booked me past the expiration date in Nov. Nov came around and no returned emails, calls, etc… not sure if still in business?

I’ve tried for over a week to get in touch with Ecolook. 4 voice mails, 2 emails and had to ask Group On to try to reach them and they have had NO luck. I was excited to purchase this Group On for window cleaning and really disappointed that whoever is running the show isn’t professional enough to return a call.

Matt did a great job, especially on windows that are hard to reach. He is professional and courteous, not to mention he is a NICE GUY!
I bought a special through Living Social, and because it was such a good deal, and because Living Social did not limit the appointments sold, and Matt was swamped. I was not in a hurry, so this was not a problem. I see that another customer complained about that, and I don’t understand why they didn’t call someone else if they were in a hurry and save Ecolook’s deal for a later date? That’s basically what I did, and happy to be able to take advantage of Ecolook’s great deal and quality work.
My appointment was between 2 and 4 pm, so I planned to be there during that time. I was pleasantly surprised that around 2 pm I got a call to let me know that Matt was going to arrive about 3:30. I don’t think any company ever extended the courtesy of calling me with this kind of extra information that allowed me more flexibility during the appointment waiting time. (The phone company will only tell you a 4 hour period!)
I highly recommend Ecolook for quality, courtesy, and convenience of scheduling.

We have been using Eco Look for a few months now to clean both the interior and exterior of our restaurant windows. Matt is always on time and very professional. He does a thorough job. Our guests have remarked that «there is something different» and the food tastes better. Not that it has everything to do with the windows — we are working on our kitchen skills too — but the comments started after the first cleaning.
The billing process is really cool — green — no paper and very easy. This is a great business.

Love, love their online billing and booking, and you feel really good using them because they are eco-​friendly. Super cool company, great customer service and they do phenomenal work.
