Should have let the chicken live. A LONg wait for Over cooked dry flavorless chicken and side of Cold B land black eye peas. Corn bread was good but save you money people. This here food is not southern go home and learn to cook you own bird. Run Away!

Was excited to see this truck at an event this weekend, fried chicken and Southern sides! BUT… it just wasn’t good. Fried Chicken — breading was spotty and fairly non existent on the leg. What crust we had was crunchy, but very bland. Chicken was basically medium rare around the bone of both pieces. My wife didn’t want to eat it. So we picked around it, as we had already left and were in the car. Coleslaw — bland as well, not much seasoning at all. Mac & Cheese — was gritty/broken, not creamy/smooth. Also, again very bland. Much to be desired with this mac. Two bites and discarded the rest. Fried Chicken Sandwich — was cooked fine, fairly juicy but again both chicken and slaw very bland. Maybe I just hit a bad day? Was very dissapointed though… not much love in the food that day. Also, Y’all spell Y’all right on your website, but on the front of the truck, it is spelled Ya’ll…

Phenomenal fried chicken, excellent sides, and the best biscuit I’ve found for miles! Frequently parked at Cooperage brewing(equally amazing), and pairs well with beer. I’ve had each item on the menu so far besides dessert and all has been delicious!

Very disappointing– the only choice at a winery event and not friendly or helpful at all. Asked for honey for the biscuit and was rudely denied. Then I asked for a small amount of extra dressing after purchasing several boxed dinners and was again rudely denied.

I had Drums & Crumbs at a catered event at a winery. The event had a Western theme so the southern style cooking fit in perfectly. The fried chicken was cooked fresh and was delicious. The down side was that since it was cooked fresh it took a while to cook enough for the crowd that was in attendance. I also had a biscuit which was dense and delicious as well as the macaroni and cheese which had crumbs on top and was thick and cheddary tasting. Overall the food was great but took time because of the amount of people
