$ 300k project turned to be over $ 400k. Delayed an additional fove months from their incompetence. We now realize they misled us when they bid on the project with a short construction time. Jack and Mario were totally unprofessional at the tail end of project. Still dealing with issues with plumbing and electrical in our home. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Diego Brothers inc, has worked for me on a few projects which include bath room, kitchen remodels as well as residing my house. Not only were they very professional, but they were easy to work with and their work was fantastic. Jack, Jim and Mario have always been a pleasure to work with and any concerns or questions I have had have been addressed immediately with my full satisfaction. I will use them for future projects and highly recommend them to all. I know remodels can be very trying sometimes, but Diego Bothers made is a very easy process.

We recently hired Diego Brothers to do an extensive rebuild of our home. While there was quality of job site cleanliness and the carpentry finishes were well done, Diego Brothers has not been an advocate for working for the home owner and instead is too attached to supporting their subcontractors. From the beginning, they did not find us the best prices. For example, online I found better pricing for our plumbing fixtures than their plumbing subcontractor could offer, yet they forced us to order through their plumbing subcontractor at higher prices and I needed to negotiate with every subcontractor to get the better pricing. This alliance with their subcontractors over the paying client, continued with the painter, electrician, roofer, etc. They have been in business a long time and have solid relationships with subcontractors, but they are reluctant to work with subcontractor’s the client might prefer due to insurance. However, even though their subcontractors are fully insured, when a problem arises none of them (contractor or subcontractor) swiftly and efficiently handle it. To date, we have a leak which has not been fixed, we have electrical problems which have not been solved; basically, they have not followed through with efficiency on items that have come up to ‘finish’ or warranty our job and they owe us money.

I have worked with Diego Brothers on several projects over the last 15+ years. I can not recommend them enough. As an architect, it is vital to refer my clients to a general contractor who is professional and fair. Diego Brothers certainly fit that mold. Their work is stellar as well. I’ve worked on projects with them as small as a kitchen remodel to as large as a 5,000+ square foot custom home. They can truly do it all and do it well.
