Even though they deserve 0 or negative stars I had told myself I was going to give them 2 stars. Why? Even though I had a terrible interaction with the manager here, with him yelling and being a total ass, my reasoning was that he didn’t swear, so that was worth something and I like to think of myself as the type of person that can find the silver lining in anything. But when I came here I saw my 2 star rating would have IMPROVED their score and my review is definitely not in praise of this business. Take your money elsewhere. Tried to return an unused cord that was purchased here. They have a 7 day return window. I came by several times within the 7 days but they were either unmanned or closed. It was over the holidays so I figured the employees had time off or whatever. Saw someone there on the 8th day and tried to return the cord. They said no. I tried to explain that I came back within the 7 days but they were closed so I couldn’t return it. I asked to speak to the manager so the woman working there called him. Within 20 seconds he was yelling at me. One quote from his was«What are you stupid?! Do you understand anything? Do you understand that 2 plus 2 equals 4!?» Uh, ok. There were a couple others, he never really let me speak and then he hung up. Interesting customer service skills dude.

Horrible and unethical. 1. I was sold a cell phone and service. I live a ten-minute walk, away. After two days of no reception in my apartment, and flaky reception on the street, I went back and a different service representative told me the cell-phone tower for our area(San Rafael) had been down for a month. He showed me a list of about eight phone numbers he had written down: they were customers that were due a month’s credit, because they hadn’t been able to use their phones for the past month. 2. When I returned my phone, according to policy, I was unable to return the car-charger I was sold along with my phone. Oh, it was actually hilarious: when I made my return, the rep had to reach the manager on the phone. Did he use his cell-phone? Noooooo. He was making repeated calls on a land line and was unable to reach his manager. I had to actually come back a couple hours, later. 3. It has been just short of two months, and I have yet to receive my credit. Please, Dazzle Wireless, please do not sell a service if you know you are unable to deliver. That is unethical. Please don’t further hit me over the head by forcing me to purchase product from you that I want to return and am unable to use, because your service doesn’t work. Metro PCS seems like an incredible, no-hassle deal. Maybe it is, but I cannot recommend using it in San Rafael. I would further discourage any dealings with Dazzle Wireless. Their business practices are anything but professional.

Um if I could give it –100 stars I would! Customer service is a joke here. They sell you cell phones that they have no idea how to use. So if you have a problem or can’t figure something out on your phone, well, you are on your own. The lil Filipino dude wiped his snotty nose on his hand & proceeded to touch the keys on my phone! Ewww! Who does that! I’m going to have to sanitize it now. Don’t waste your $$$ here!!!
