I was very impressed by his ability to explain things in layman’s terms. He was very friendly and his rate is reasonble. His has been practicing over thirty years and knows the law upside down and backwards. I felt extremely comfortable with him. I have been around lawyers for 36 years and found him to be exceptional and trustworthy. Ask anyone in the legal community about David Picchi and they will agree with my assessment.

I was referred to David a few months back and paid him $ 250 for a divorce consult. The meeting went well and he asked me to contact him if wanted to hire him to represent me. I followed up with many phone calls over the course of 6 weeks, leaving messages at least 4 times. He did not return any of my calls. I finally reached him today. He apologized saying he had been out of town. David is currently working with an acquaintance of mine on their separation. This person likes him but mentioned he was difficult to reach. I do know he has been in contact with them through this period. I told him I felt he hand not been professional and mentioned I would share my experience on Unilocal.He demanded weather I was threatening him. I said no; It seems fair to share my experience. He hung up on me. If he wasn’t willing to work with me, he should have said this up front and declined the initial meeting. There should have been no charge or as a courtesy he should have refunded my money when he was unable or unwilling to return calls (for a few months regardless of reason). It doesn’t make much sense to consult an attorney if they aren’t available or they are unwilling to work with you. Before working with this professional, ask yourself, do you want a this experience?
