Berger Alex,DDS

I wanted to follow up my original post on Dr. Berger.
I’m still stunned by a recent gesture from his office. I’d had to wait maybe 10 – 15 minutes for an appointment one day before I got in. No biggie, in my mind. I’ve certainly waited longer at other offices. Anyhow, I received a $ 10 gift card to Peets coffee in the mail — a token from his office for making me wait. I was floored!
I’ve been back for a few appointments since my original Unilocal review. Every time, it’s been as easy as the first. Dr. Berger’s entire staff is wonderful. He and his staff always have a smile on their faces and make you feel like the most important person in the room. Who doesn’t want that from a dentist? If you are looking for a dentist in Marin County, call Dr. Berger. You won’t be sorry!

Great dentist! Great office! My daughter and I just went to Alex this morning and we really liked the whole experience. Alex is a great dentist that doesnt tell you that you need work done when you dont. I went to Alex after a dentist in Napa told me I had 6 cavities. Alex said I had none. Its really refreshing to see a good honest dentist and so I will be back, and so will my husband and daughter.

Dentist don’t get any better than Dr. Berger. His office is clean and very patient friendly. The staff is there to help and put their patients at ease.
Dr. Berger is a great individual who is a master at his craft! I actually look forwards to my next appointment because I know I am getting the best treatment around! He personally scheduled me and looked into my insurance benefits, tasks my former dentists would surely pass on to their staff. He cares about his patients. I would and have recommend him to friends and family.

I moved from San Diego to Marin. Every dentist I went to (in SD was a salesman and unreasonable (3 total). Dr. Berger looked at my teeth did a routine cleaning. I came back for fillings to be changed out. 4 fillings done in almost an hour with minor numbing. The Novocain (think it was novocain) shot, I diddnt even feel the needle in my gums. Totally professional and personable. Parking is a cinch, dental assistants were very knowledgeable and spot on when Dr. Berger was working on me. Could’nt be happier with my choice. Feels like your family when you are there. Alex is a talented dentist.

My instincts were correct when I went to Dr Alex Berger! He was amazing throughout the whole procedure. My son didn’t even require any injections, and it didn’t hurt him at all. Dr Berger is so kid freindly, giving names for all the tools that he was using (Mr Slurpy, Mr Squeeky etc), and kept telling my boy how well he was doing. His teeth look amazing and you can’t tell anything ever happened.
Today we were there for a follow up and to get his teeth cleaned, and Dr Berger gave him some good advice on how to clean his teeth with his toothbrush and how to floss correctly. I have booked myself in for a teeth clean, and I actually look forward to my appointment. If you are not raving about your Dentist, then I suggest you make a change. I have never been happier.
