Not only are Lee and Kim absolutely adorable and professional but both give terrific haircuts for a reasonable price. I’ve paid three to four times as much in posh beauty salons (often too chatty and crowded) and have not been nearly as satisfied with the results. My curly hair needs to be cut just right or it looks terrible. My balding husband even looks good under the capable scissors of Lee. This is a quiet salon in back of a well stocked beauty store. Although an appointment is recommended, you usually can just walk in and there is ample parking in the huge lot. Unlike the bad review of the Novato store, here, customer service is attentive and friendly.

my husband was in this store. and witnessed a very sweet attractive woman wanting to replace a hair product that was defective. He was shocked when a person on staff would not replace it and wanted to charge her. What happened to good Customer Service? I will no longer take my business to this store.
