Pat is very experienced, helpful, reasonably priced and responsive. I have designed a cellar before and thought I knew what I was doing and Pat was nice enough to politely fix all my design flaws. He communicated with me constantly throughout the project and his workmen were polite and very professional. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Pat, the owner, knows his stuff but less than courteous to prospective customers. I went to him after lot of research online. Sent them my drawings of the wine cellar and received a quote after one week. I tried to negotiate the price based on market rate of $ 1x-​1y/​bottle — we weren’t very far off to begin with ~ 5%. I was taken aback by their response — your job is too small for us and you are too far off from our show room!
I wish they had told me this before investing our time.
