This guy is incredible. He is not just knowledgable about vehicles, he knows insurance company processes and policies. My vehicle was a total loss, the insurance company was going to give me half of what I thought it was worth. I called and explained my situation… and this was remarkable. He told me not to pay him yet, go see what I could accomplish myself and he gave me detailed instructions on how to do it. Down to how to act and present my self to the adjuster. I doubled what the origianally offered me, I could have got a bit more but as Monte told me it wouldn’t be worth my time as his fees would eat up the difference. «jump on the offer kid!» If you ever find any other business like this let me know, I’ll buy what they sell even if I don’t need it.

I had them appraise two vehicles. Extremely knowledgeable and quickly provided what was needed. They can even do a «remote» appraisal, if you need something for insurance or a dispute. I would trust them to testify as well, but in my case not needed. Although not obvious on their web site, they have the appropriate national certification.
