I just had the worst experience here. First of all, there was only one employee and there was a full line of people and each person was ordering about 3 sandwiches. It took me 35 minutes to get to the front of the line, and when I get to the front of the line, the girl behind the counter says her cash register system has just shut down and I have to wait longer. Excuse me? Subway, your business is booming. Hire more people. Train your employees well. I am disgusted. Shame on me for wasting my time with your pesticide filled fake sandwiches.

Wow. I think they skipped the page in the policy book about customer service. These girls are unbelievable. It’s like. «what do you want?’… Rudely Had to repeat my order about 5 times before she got it right. Obviously the franchise owner doesn’t know how to manage this place… These girls are horrible. I recently went and I had a chicken bacon ranch with the new guacamole it was the best sandwich. Customer service was really good. The veggies and meats were nice in the containers, the front was clean. I was helped by a young girl Andrea. She gave me helpful tips like toasting onions and bell peppers. I’ll definitely go back.

Very slow at times. There are certain times that businesses know when it gets busy, so why would they have only one employee and one employee charging when they have a big line? Customers get frustrated when they see that. Also, its not even that they only have one person working at the time but that person is really slow… Some employees really do give good customer service but others while they are making the subs they are talking with others in the line. Im pretty sure they can do better.

I haven’t been here In a while, I decided to stop here befor my daughters cheer practice to get her something to eat. Now mind you my daughter is the QUEENOFPICKY, she believes that condiments like mustard and may aide have no place on a sandwich. Corey took the time to discuss with my Jr. Dictator her bread choices all the way down to the vegetables!!! For that I am forever grateful that I haven’t wasted my money on something that won’t be eaten. This place deserves more than 1 star these days, it’s much cleaner and the staff is hospitable. We will be back!

Normally I don’t have a problem with subway, you get a decent priced sub with fresh veggies. I ordered three sandwiches and the guy burnt my bread on two of them that got toasted. He didn’t double paper the subs(they were meatball subs, quite leaky) so I ended up with a wet mess in my hands. Not going here again. Good thing I took advantage of their 2 dollar promo because I wouldn’t have spent full price for the subs if I knew how crappy the service is. *EDIT* I stopped by here again four months later because it was in the area and I needed some dinner to bring home to my family. Nothing has changed… just got worse. The lady who works here«Marlene» addressed me by the word«customer» to the other girl working there(Andrea) and did not even greet me! Hello, I’m a real person NOT A DAMNMONEYSIGN. Marlene did nothing but give me dirty looks. If it wasn’t me she was giving side eye to, it was the old lady behind me who she was gossiping about. Felt like I was in high school. What is wrong with Subway? Why do they hire complete idiots without people skills that don’t know how to make a sandwich ??? «Marlene» should not have a job! And«Andrea» needs to understand that mayo is not the same thing as mustard.

This is most fucking disgusting subway ever. The guy named PERRIN was so nasty he was wiping his running noise on his arm and then had the audacity to wipe his noise with his fingers before he touched my card. Like really dude if you couldn’t use common sense and get tissue for your fucking noise I see that your just a dirty individual. I know common sense ain’t common but come on now if subway is allowing people to work like this at their establishment, I’m never eating there ever again! Nasty people should not be working in the work place end of story.

If I could give a half star review, I would. This is, hands down, the absolute worst Subway I have ever had the misfortune of entering. The parking was a joke, which I guess is neither here nor there since it was the customer service that was atrocious. My dad, sister and I walked in after one other person and there was only one server manning the front desk. After waiting about ten minutes a second server appeared, asked us if we were with the guy in front of us and just assumed we were all in a group and didn’t really listen to our response. Once we identified that we were, in fact, a different party she begrudgingly started taking our order. We got four sandwiches total, and with each one she got shorter and shorter with us. We wanted to get the same kind of bread for all of them and upon ordering the second sandwich found out — because we were rudely notified as though we should already have known– that they were out of that bread. They were, in fact, out of two types of bread at 11:30 — lunch time on a Sunday… The server also did not ask my sister what kind of cheese she wanted and then got snappy when she was asked to correct it. It also seems that they had underipe avocado and a grand total of about two falling-apart cookies. Another thing that was particularly unacceptable was the fact that she used the same utensils to handle the meat as she used on the vegetarian sandwich and also handled large blocks of cheese with her meat-covered gloves, instead of picking up a reasonable amount of it for the sandwiches. I am singularly unimpressed.

I have been a return customer for 8yrs never had any problems with them before until a week ago; I went and ordered my now noticeably slow made sandwich, Upon giving my change I stuffed my money in my pocket and went on home… a few hours later I took my money out to see how much change I was given and I noticed that I had the correct dollar amount from my $ 20.00 but I was not given my coin change, I checked my pocket for a hole-no, no hole in the pocket, So I just accepted it as a loss, thinking the employee didn’t give me my coin change. Today, I went back for another slow made sandwich and informed the Manager of my short change I had received and she had stated that the coins come out from the coin return device in front of the register, and I told her that I usually am handed the coins. she said.“well that’s where it comes out we are not responsible for the coins if the customer doesn’t take their change” NOWTHATISCUSTOMERSERVICEATIT’S BEST! So I rate this Subway«NOSTARS» and No RETURNEVER. ~P.S.~ In order for me to get this rate published I have to put a star; but it’s actually no star service~

OMG with only three ppl in front of me each got something simple I’ve already been waiting for 15mins. This is ridiculous. The subway downtown have long lines but at least the line moves… The woman at the register blamed it on the computer system but this isn’t the first or second time that I have waited a lot longer than I should have. During my last visit one person in front of me walked out and one person behind me. I almost did but figured since I had waited as long as I did what was a few more minuets. I really wish they’d train this staff to be ready especially during lunch break.

Never come to this subway unless the three other ones in town have burned down! We’ve given this subway 3 chances and their done. You will get the thinest and worst put together sandwich possible from this subway. The parking lot is not optimal but it’s better since the Pizza joint closed down. Still, stay away!

This is by far the worst subway I’ve gone to. They aren’t rude like the one on Centre, but the incompetence is staggering. Simple instruction seemed difficult and it should never take 15 minutes to make one order. BTW, more spinach doesn’t mean ad 3 leaves!

BOOOO!!! I came in here this morning with my boyfriend to get breakfast. We ordered our usual omelette sandwiches one with ham and one with turkey. The flat bread that the guy(Felix I think was his name) gave us was torn… yeah…a lot of fun eating that. Well he burnt the egg and didn’t toast the bread enough… yummy…not really. The veggies were almost empty so you could tell that these were old and left over since they couldn’t have been out of veggies at 9:00am! But what really upset me was that I was charged almost $ 2.00MORE for getting turkey on one sandwich instead of ham. They charged me for the expensive sandwich that had ham, turkey and bacon. I told them that my sandwich only has turkey… no ham… no bacon… why should this be $ 2.00 more than the other one??? Well they tried to tell me that they had to charge that because it had turkey… whatever…apparently they have mistaken me for one their regular brain dead drug user customers… they ripped me off plain and simple. And I will NEVEREVER be back to this location again.

In spite of their ‘Five Dollar Footlong’ commercials(annoying & annoyingly catchy!) and incessant plugging on ‘The Biggest Loser’ — I’m still a fan of Subway for an occasional lunch or din(pickup). Most recently though, I stopped by our local Subway to try out their new breakfast — got us both the breakfast muffin(wheat) with egg white & choice of meat(ham, sausage, bacon) & cheese(provolone, cheddar, swiss, monterey jack). They’re running a promo, $ 2.50 for muffin + 16 oz. coffee, and I had a coupon for a muffin as well — so we got away cheap for breakfast that day, under $ 4(never mind that I was hungry again about an hour after eating). The breakfast muffins are not bad(they also offer a wrap style), but definitely smaller than I expected. Parking here sucks(more at night than morning though), lot is hard to get in and out of, asphalt is all jacked up — lots of potholes and broken concrete stoppers with bony rebar sticking out, watch your tow rings people! Agree with Kelly W., rating is actually 2.5 stars — I mean, it’s SUBway, ingredient quality could be better. But overall, a perfectly fine experience. Best thing about this visit was the cheerful teen-aged ‘sandwich artist’. Even though it was early on a Sunday morning, he was smiling, helpful, and made sure the muffins were made exactly as I wanted. Exemplary customer service experiences are few and far between nowadays, so well deserved kudos to Lalo at Subway on Gaffey! ^_^

I’m gonna say A-Ok. Why? First of all, if you’re trying to spit game with me Mr. Employee at least hook it up. Give me a free cookie or something? Geez! You just wasted 15 mins of my time trying to get my information and all I wanted was a sandwich. Also, I just wanted to get the fuck out of here because one it was lunch time and two I only had 30 mins for lunch. So you can see why I’m a little upset– you wasted my time, made my sandwich extra slow and I got nothing out of it. The sandwich– well what can one say about Subway? They ALL taste the same. Parking: Small ass lot, hope you find parking. Yeah, that’s pretty much it. Also, it’s the only Subway I’ve seen on Gaffey and before 14th.
