We really like Dr. Krieger. She is very straightforward and pretty much right on. I had some issues with the front desk staff but after bringing it up to the Dr. Krieger, it seems like they are more accommodating. We’re always able to get in an urgent appointment and when we call the staff gives good advice. The doctor promptly returns messages and generally is a very knowledgeable pediatrician.

Horrible staff at the front desk. On Feb 26 we took our 15 months old son to dr. Krieger’s office, after scheduling an appointment in early January. it would be our 1^st visit after changing the insurance and the doctor. Our boy had the Medi — Cal insurance through Blue Shield, and in order to be accepted by dr. Krieger, we had to switch to Molina-​Health Net. We did so. We called several times the office to check if everything is ok with our insurance to confirm the appointment.
Today we went to the office as it was scheduled but the staff told us that dr. Krieger is not able to accept new patients using insurance that we have and that that was the rule from Jan 1^st 2014. We have tried to call insurance and to talk to dr. Krieger but she was busy with other patients. When we asked what possibly we could do to, the staff on the front desk told us «get a NORMAL private insurance», with the rude attitude and not willing to help. This is the shame for one doctors office and for the profession she had chosen, separating patients by their type of insurance.

Absolutely, unequivocally the nicest doctor we have encountered over the years with our children (which includes several major health issues). Her quick thinking, proactive response quite possibly saved our son’s life and her easy-​going, personable bedside manner was a source of strength and peace at several times over the last year. Her staff is excellent and both they and Dr. Kreiger take their time in order to give you the best care possible.

I really like Dr. Krieger and staff. The only down side is the wait time. You are usually seen 10 – 15 minutes after your appointment time. They have a separate waiting area for kids who are sick.
Staff is nice. The doctors are nice. They are great at calling you back, calling in when they say they are going to call you.
I’m sure they have their reasons but they are not too big on breast feeding… they want baby off by 12months.
If it wasn’t for the wait time I would have given the office 5 stars.
