I love this Jamba Juice! Every time my boyfriend I come here they always greet us with a smile and always seem so happy to help us. Their Acai bowls are delicious I love starting my morning off with one!

Overall this Jamba Juice is always friendly and helpful. Tried buying a smoothie through the app to get $ 2. Once you setup everything on the app it’s pretty smooth transaction from there. But two things you need to be aware of 1. You can’t customize yet your drinks. 2. Pay attention to expected wait time from the email you get confirming time. 3. It’s not everything they have is available via the app. 4. You can’t enter your military or police discount. But for me it was more a novelty to try. Lines move pretty fast so not a big deal to wait and get what I want. Other than that this location is consistently on point.

Worst service, long lines, and now they are out of common fruits like peaches and blueberries.

I got two drinks at this location on Sunday ¹¹⁄₂₂ at 8:30am. They were out of ginger, didn’t have enough kale for a medium drink, or the ingredients for the other drink I was wanting. After changing my order to accommodate what they had actually prepared when opening, my drink was chunky and nasty and you could taste it was old nasty kale and the drink I got my two year old son tasted like the yogurt had gone bad and he wouldn’t even drink it, not to mention that drink was all melted and not even a real smoothie at that point! These two girls that were working should be ashamed of themselves and this location is giving Jamba Juice a bad name!

I only gave his place one star because I couldn’t give it any less. I waited 45 minutes for a simple medium sized smoothie. Because of the poor work and even worse managing behind the counter, the crowd in the store quickly grew to over twenty people. One man asked for his money back and your incompetent manager, Torie, very impolitely declined and even turned away a lady at the counter because she was too busy. She publicly shamed the other employees and was constantly showing her disgust through sighs, head shakes, and even threatened to walk out of the store herself.
I will never be back and I doubt the rest of the 20 people in there will either.

The customer service here blows. I used to go here all the time, however I have stopped going to this location. For over a week now they have been out of pineapple. They use it in their colada coolers. I have gone in 3 different times over the past week, and each time I am told the same thing, and when I asked why they still have none, I was told because it ran out. no… really?
lol Seriously though, if you are going to be out of pineapple for an extended period of time, you should not advertise the products as being available when they are not. Employees should be able to give a discount to customers as well when they do not have what they ordered for an extended period of time. Do that or have a notice up in plain sight saying you are out of pineapple. In addition the wait times at this location are long.

This Jamba Juice is located in a shopping center off Western. This is a really busy center and parking can be a bit challenging, as Jamba is located right in between Marshall’s and Petco.
The few times that I’ve been to this location, the customer service has been just fine. Today, I got the manager, Hector and he was very nice and helpful. I ordered a Caribbean Passion, two Mango-​a-​go go, and one Strawberry Bliss. They got our order correct and there were no problems, at all. It seems like every time I come in, it’s not crowded and service is quick. I’m sure that on scorching hot days, they’re a lot busier, so just plan accordingly.

twice disappointed. they are the only jamba juice in san pedro and is always out of stock on something. the place also needs a lil tlc and the staff needs a couse in customer service. attention management, it would be nice if you could show pride in your establishment and give some appreciation to your customers. it would also be helpful to get your orders correct. each time we’ve come in, someone is complaining about their order. patrons beware!

My kid like the orange dream machine my only problem is it is very expensive and the parking is hard to get to it gets pretty packed and they are not as healthy as you would expect

Jamba Juice is a healthier version of a smoothie, not quite as sugary and bad for you as other places. I got a pomegranate, straberry and mango one that was good. Not overky sweet. There seems to be Jj stores all over southern cali.
I like this place though, therewere aot of good choices on the menu.

Big disappointment don’t go here poor service do not recommend !! I had a really big order and they wouldn’t take it over phone even though I had my driver at the place of business order was to big to repeat I just wanted to give it directly to person taking order !!! Great customer service makes up for the Small and Busy shop. The one thing holding this place back from a 5^th star is the Slow Speed in which you get your items/​juices.
I know I said they’re busy, and that’s a good thing… but the crew in the back cranking out juices move a bit on the slow side.
If the manager/​owner is reading this, I’d be glad to share a Sure way to correct this asap. Till then, keep up the otherwise great juice bar!

I love coming to this Jamba Juice location because the service is fast. The quality of the drinks are always on point, they have the right taste all the time. It’s a small location, so at times it may get crowed but no worries it’s all worth it.

This store doesn’t open at 6:30. It opens when the annoyed master juice makers wake up and decide to show up.

Got the apple n greens which I have had a bunch of times and it was really bland and seemed to be missing something. The employee seemed to be agitated cause they were a little busy and wasn’t being a nice person lol

My husband is hard of hearing, and had to ask the employee to repeat what she was saying 3 times! We are regular customers.

Number of visits: It’s a chain, so I’ve been here several times… at least 10.
LOCATION: It’s in the Park Western Plaza between Petco and Chipotle. It’s a pretty small location. Seating is located outside the storefront. Jamba Juice is a chain, so I’ve been to many locations.
FOOD:
I’ve had several items here, but I can’t remember at the moment which ones and how I feel about them. However, what I’ve been getting more often in the last couple of years have been:
Strawberry Nirvana (I think that’s what it’s called) — I order the lighter calorie version. It’s good and doesn’t really make you feel that guilty. (3.5 stars)
Brown Sugar Crumble Steel Cut Oatmeal: I like it because it’s hearty, brown sugar isn’t overly sweet and the steel cut oatmeal gives it a nutty texture. I usually ask for a small side of soy milk to go along with it because I don’t like my oatmeal too thick. (3.75 stars)
SERVICE:
It’s hit n miss. Sometimes, it’s great sometimes it’s bleh.
NOTE: I don’t know when they stopped doing this but apparently add-​ins like fiber, energizer, etc are no longer complimentary. That part sucks.

There are a lot of Jamba Juice locations. The drinks and the service are all pretty much the same at the various locations. The thing that defines a Jamba Juice shop, at least in my mind, is if they have good outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy your drink. This is the one thing that sets this Jamba Juice apart from a lot of the others around the area. It does have a large amount of seating. This is good. There area few downsides to this location, however. Due to the fact that it is in this large strip mall, it can get very-​very crowded and often times is. The other thing, in regard to seating, is that most of their chairs are over to one side of the business. As such, these seats are right in the pathway of the afternoon sun. So, if it is a warm day it can get very hot on their patio. Overall, nice enough place to grab a healthy drink.

My girls usually talk me into taking them to Jamba Juice on the weekends. Unfortunately this particular strip mall is crowded on the weekends, and midday parking can be challenging. This particular location is efficient, but busy, around lunch on a Saturday your order might take 10 – 15 minutes.
I like the Jamba Juice options, but the inconvenience can be annoying and the long wait can frustrate.
My girls usually leave happy, so it’s not a total loss.
