My husband sent flowers to me for our anniversary and they were beautiful. I sent a thank you text with a picture to my husband and he called and asked how many roses were in the arrangement, there were 10. He said there were supposed to be 30. There were red carnations in place of the other roses. He called and asked what happend they told him thats what he ordered. I saw what he paid $ 107.00 they would not take the arrangement back or refund any money. I can’t believe it. Its a nice arraignment that is worth about $ 60.00 the most. Very disappointed, needless to say he will not order flowers from here again.

I called in for an order this Mother’s Day and they came out beautifully! I was super happy with the way they came out and my mom was so happy. Janet the florist who works there was super friendly and she did a great job.

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. I went online and picked out flowers I found appropriate as a surprise. I called in about a few questions I had and made the order. After a 30 minutes phone call they still managed to not be able to spell the recipients name or understand the difference in products they advertised online. They also were very adamant about getting the recipients contact information. I reluctantly gave it to them and made them promise not to call due to this being a surprise. If they had any questions to contact me. They agreed. Lone behold they called her to confirm the order I had made and blew it royally. Never again.

I used 1 800 flowers to send sympathy flowers to my sister and family in January. I ordered the large white bouquet off of the website that was over $ 100. B and B Flowers were the selected florist. I guess they thought I wouldn’t see the flowers… Instead of a large bouquet it was small. The flowers were beautiful it was a small arrangement and not what I paid for. I took a picture to submit to 1 800 flowers to show this business ripped me off.

Horrible service and even worse flower. The owner refused to exchange dead flowers delivered. Never go to this place because they do not stock fresh flowers. The flowers I received were wilted and in very poor taste nothing llike the website. I am very disappointed and will contact the bbb.

My mother-​in-​law wanted to pick up something special for my sister-​in-​law to commemorate her AMAZING Catalina Channel swim. We picked this place and random based on proximity. I was a bit concerned because the most recent Google+ review was pretty bad.
I’m really glad we took a chance. The staff was great. My MIL wanted a headband/​laurel-​ish crowny thing. The proprietor’s daughter showed us some designs and the proprietor suggested styles and colors.
It was perfect! My sister-​in-​law loved it.
