I really like The pizza from round table. However, I have NEVER been so disappointed with the level of customer service and care. My pizza is still not here after being told one hour! I ordered 1hour and 30min ago! I called 15 min ago, only to have a young kid answer the phone like this : «Thank you for callin’ round table … we only takin’ walk-ins» I was like .“Do you speak English? Or only slang?“ He went on to explain that he was not the manager and he doesn’t normally answer the phones. He gave the phone to the manager. The manager Amir tells me: «we only estimate the time, we can come before or after.» We went back and fourth on the issue. And I told him to give us a discount because now it’s 930 and my kids ate pizza rolls and went to bed. They missed the pizza!!! The manager agreed to give us 15% off. That’s only 3bucks. But during the entire conversation he argued back and fourth with me. He was not understanding at all. Very arrogant and bossy. It’s now been almost 2hours. And still no pizza. The worst. I’m not paying for it when it gets here. I hope they know that!!! I will NEVERORDERFROMHEREAGAIN MOUNTAINMIKESONLY!!! Oh btw it’s now 2hours and my pizza is here. And my husband paid. Smh The pizza is cold and they forgot my salad !!!

I ordered online today at 3:15pm. I got an order confirmation call back at 3:22pm. I asked for it to get delivered at 5pm. I called them at 5:15pm to check and see what the status of my order was. The young kid said it was being made right then. I told him what time I ordered it and asked why they were just now making it. He said they got busy around 4:30pm. That should have been the time they were getting my order ready for delivery! Now what is the point of ordering ahead of time, if they are going to make other orders before mine. I told him to cancel the order. That’s when he had a very well used comment I’m sure he uses everyday. He said it will take 5 to 7 business days for the refund and that does not include weekends and holidays. Something he must say at least a dozen times a day. I will of course not use this location again. I will though, stop by tomorrow and have a word with the manager. But we all know no shits will be given by this person.

I work in Pinole a quarter mile away from the Round Table there. Usually I go to the one in Pinole, but after leaving work and living closer to San Pablo I decided to go here. I have vowed to never order food from here again because of 5 chances I have given them over the last 7+ years. I get home disappointed every time. The pizza is sloppy, toppings fall off, and undercooked soggy pizza. The last time I ordered a pizza from here(against my better judgement, coerced by my son) it was during a time when they had an appetizing special advertised on tv. We call in and of course, they are out of the ingredient vital to the specific special, I still order the pizza with hopes to get some kind of a discount on the«incomplete» pizza special. I was told no discount. When I arrived home, everyone was disappointed at the mere appearance of the pie. Terrible. But this review is really not about my past experiences here with their food, but with my seemingly impossible expectation that they couldn’t possibly screw up issuing a gift card. Having left Pinole, I go to San Pablo to grab a few gift cards. After requesting a couple gift cards, the person at the register«doesn’t know how to do it». I am told to wait for a second so the appropriate person can take care of my request. I end up waiting 20 minutes and get told that there is NOONE here that can do it. Without saying a single word, I turn my back and walk out the door. I guess I was wrong. The consistency of this terrible service should be enough to have changes made within years of disappointment. This will be the last bit of association I will ever have with this sorry excuse for a pizzeria. It’s a surprise they are not out of business, I would give them zero stars if I could!!!

This is the worst Round Table ever. The customer service is horrible. The people working look miserable and are extremely rude. I called to order, they said it would be 30 minutes, I come in 30 min later and STILL had to wait another 30 min for our food. I asked to use the 20% off that was promised at my next visit because they previously messed up my order. He couldn’t find my name in their unorganized book where they write what they owe people so he told me I couldn’t use it. At this point I’m livid. I would never recommend this location to anyone. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any round table. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Never again! Placed an online order, early. Was told it would be delivered by 6:20 p.m. At 7 p. m I called to find out what was going on; was told the driver was on his way, he left at 6:10. By 7:30 I cancelled the order; the driver arrived at 7:45 p.m. Bad management. Will NEVER order from them again

This was a dreadful dining experience. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. They did not have any clean glasses or plates. We were handed dripping wet plates to eat our salads on. When our Hearty Meat Supreme pizza was delivered to our table it had a total of 20 pepperonis on the entire pizza and was completely raw. When we asked if we can have a refund we were told there were absolutely no refunds. They remade the pizza and it was raw for a second time. Worst service and completely unsanitary. Not up to Round Table franchise standards at all!!!

I ordered 2 family size flatbreads a tomato pesto flatbread and artisan pepperoni. But they gave me a tomato flatbread. It’s supposed to have basil and pesto. It has neither. I can understand a mistake but the problem I have is the poor customer service when I called to report the problem. Manager told me I have to return the whole pizza. I told her the kids ate 3 slices and since they are 15 minutes a away I requested they deliver. She said no because one flatbread didn’t warrant delivery. I said I paid for 2 flatbreads so they should deliver. Manager was very rude and didn’t care about situation.

Well I guess we should have trusted the bad reviews of customer service here. They are true even if I cannot say anything about pizza delivery service. I guess all pizza places that deliver in this area just overall sucks. Well anyway, we get pizza coupons in the mail weekly but typically don’t save them since: 1. We rarely order out for pizza and 2. When we do, the places that we had ordered in the past will let us know what kind of coupons specials they have. Going to this Round Table, the cashier insisted the only deal they have was for their promo pizza posted on their window which we were not interested in. I checked the round table website to make sure they didn’t have any deals online just in case, without any avail. Since we were already there, we then just ordered a standard extra large one topping pizza for the regular price. Upon picking up the pizza when it was ready, they had, taped on the box, the same coupon page that comes in the mail which also had a coupon to save some $ for an extra large single topping pizza!!! Goes to show these employees lie to your face and then give you a coupon to prove they lied to you. If you want to go to an establishment that doesn’t make sure you get the best deal, then go ahead and come to this place. Otherwise, it’s best to take your business elsewhere where customer service is important, not how much extra $ you can get from customers because they don’t lug around coupons in their car.

I’ve Ordered pizza from this location for years and I’ve never had a problem until a few minutes ago! I ordered my pizza at 6:19pm and didn’t receive it until 7:44pm. When I called to tell them my pizza was cold they had the audacity to ask«well how many slices did you eat?» He stated that if we ate more than 2 slices they couldn’t give me my money back or send a fresh pizza, all they could do is give me 25% off my next purchase. Why would I purchase from them again? Just horrible service. It’s very easy to see that my pizza would be cold look at the time it was ordered, made, and delivered! They are horrible with customers and service don’t go here for pizza ever, they even told me «well if you want to speak with the manager she’ll be in tomorrow» I asked and what good would that do? He said I don’t know how she could help just call back then. Wow what a great way to solve their fuck up! Never again.

Apparently, to order from the children’s menu a child needs to be present and visible INSIDE the resturant. WHATKINDOFCRAPISTHIS? My son and I came in to order our meal. I was at the counter while he was sitting inside of the racing car video game. I asked for a kid’s meal, pepperoni pizza. Before I could finish my sentence the cashier ask, «where is your child»? Huh? Taken a back. I asked her, «why»? Seeing as I don’t know her personally. She explained that«its a kid’s menu and the child has to be present». I simply replied, «he’s over there» motioning towards the video game. She damn near broke her neck trying to «see» that I was telling the truth. Reckon she was satisfied, so she completed my order. Afterwards, I asked her why seeing my child was that important? I mentioned that I never had to produce a child at ANY other location. I even said, with a policy like this I wouldn’t be able to pick up dinner for my family without having them with me. Which makes no good sense at all. She just gave me a weak smile and said, «well it is a kids menu. And, that’s our policy». The slogan may be «the last honest pizza» but I’ll be damned if this location EVER gets another one of my honest dollars.

Worst customer service on the planet. I called ordered a pizza which took 15 minutes to order. I was on the phone for 15 minutes. 15. And finally when they got it I asked for them to repeat it to make sure they got it correct and they didn’t so I just corrected them nicely. The guy decides to start ARGUING about how I didn’t say it and I said«I’m sorry if you didn’t hear me but can you just fix it» and he decides to keep arguing about how I didn’t say it … I had to pause for a second to make sure I wasn’t in kindergarten. Go to Pinole. The domestic beers had a weird taste to them. Even though they let me switch with something else, there was an odd feel to the staff in the kitchen. It’s pretty small, but one plus was that there were really no other customers. Pinole is usually packed, but it’s more comfortable.
