We bought a double bed and paid for it. Two days later, we decided to use one we had stored instead; so, before it was delivered, we asked for a refund. We were refused.
Several months later, we agreed with them that they should deliver to us a queen mattress in exchange for our credit… They gave us a date and time for the delivery, we waited, they never came nor called.

I give this zero stars. This place will tell you anything just to sell their furniture. They don’t have the furnitures in stock and it will take forever to get your things. Also the warranty they over is crap. They world not honor their warranty.

Paid them to haul out my sofa after dropping off the bed I bought from them. The next day they are selling it. Mind you I ask for it to be dumped b/​c it was old and here they are selling it. Awkward. Lol.
The bed I got here was cheap and ended up hurting my fathers back.

I just ordered and received a very reasonably priced sectional with free ottoman. I did not pay a lot for it but I did see it advertised in other stores for quite a bit more. John took my order one evening and Travis delivered it the next day. My husband did have to assemble but for the price, he was more than happy to. I know they say you get what you pay for so if you only expect the quality that you pay for then you should be very pleased. It was terrific customer service and I’d buy from them again.

its called furniture for less because its very cheap. bought a new sofa bed this weekend, and it broke on tuesday… it was no fault of mine. so i went today to get a return. apparently they do not do returns under any circumstances. and they didnt even offer to go pick up the broken one, even though i had agreed to buy a more expensive one at a discounted price. horrible experience. avoid this place, there are many other better places.
