I have been with Scottrade for many years. They have always been professional and helpful. Every customer is treated like he or she had a million dollar account. This morning I needed to purchase three somewhat esoteric shares. The computer would not allow me to do it. I got on the phone with Mr. Janes, the branch manager. He worked with me for thirty minutes and got all trades made. I have not seen such good service in years!
