I will never step foot into this nail salon ever again. I showed the lady in a picture of what I wanted and she kept messing up and did such a sloppy job! I showed her what I wanted like 5 times and she just kept telling me «ok» she was so careless and talking about me in Chinese to all the others that worked there. They just lost a customer.

Song is the best !! She always takes good care of me. I get tones of compliments every time she have done my nails. She is simply a Pro. Overall the girls working there are very friendly. So I highly recommend this place.

I’ve come here several times for a pedicure. You can get a pedicure for $ 25. They try to sell you on the additional massages that I’ve never tried but the normal pedicure is enough for me.
The ladies speak minimal English but there is no problem communicating with them.
They asked if I wanted to get my heels smoothed and softened because I have really rough heels, so I did that for an extra $ 5. I think it was worth it.
Overall I came out with a great experience and my feet look much better than they did before! Will probably come back.

Day after July 4^th and they are nice & busy. Happy I got here shortly after they opened at 10. I respect the negative reviews and will comment that it is an exception. I come almost weekly, they’ve been forthcoming with their customers if it’s long wait. And what I have personally experienced and observe with other patrons is they will carefully inspect their handiwork after each phase right up to the moment before the polish is applied. They’ve also redone an entire nail if they’re not satisfied or if you ask.
Not sure if everyone knows that these ladies all carpool from SJ. So they are close knit and work hard all day prob 6 days a week and so tend to chat in Vietnamese often. BUT they always put their customers first.
I hope more are understanding that what might appear to be loud & rude is more their grasp of English can be lacking. So they may say things more loudly in hopes to pronounce or communicate more clearly. I have not once seen them rude to the customer. And they do share a lot about themselves and their family .
This is a place of business that can only be successful if their product or service is successful. My manis and pedis have always been perfect, it’s me that mess it up after leaving not a day or hour later lol. There was once I was cut but everyone makes mistakes and really it was because I asked her to trim out a cut already there.

Like another reviewer said– stay away from this place.
I came here with my sister after lunch so we could get mani pedis together. We just found a place nearby. They cut me and now it’s all swollen and infected. They were also rude and very rushed.
Definitely will never be returning

Honest opinion. If your picky go somewhere else. They’ve cut my toe nails sideways on each nail — super annoying. And we made an appointment for two at 6:00, but they of course didn’t have people available until 6:30. Don’t bother with an appointment. And the massage chairs don’t work.
