First saw these guys at the Redwood City Blues &BBQ festival where they had this fusion chili that was really good. Habanero banana? Can’t remember excatly but it was something unique like that. It ended up winning the people’s choice trophy. Most recently PFC was at the RWC Harbor festival. Here’s their spread.( ) Shrimp taco $ 2 — Got one to share and I liked it so much I bought 2 more. The two big pieces of lightly battered and fried shrimp were juicy and fresh. Great value. Tuna cake — $ 4 — Finely minced sauteed tuna cake that had bite from jalapeño and the aoli. Great overall flavors. It was soft and fell apart though. If they panko’d and deep fried it to create a crispneess it’d be awesome. Tuna tots anyone:?( The chef/owner is friendly and lights up when he talks about food kinda like I do. He mentioned he has a food truck in the works that should hopefully roll out next year. Well worth a try if you ever see this booth.
