I found this company to be very poor in their business practices. They ignore requests and discriminately do not answer e-​mails or phone calls. I also found Katey to be unprofessional. Do not use them. You’d be better off going to Home Depot or Lowes.

The windows and doors that we ordered in early November finally arrived in Feb. So let’s see… almost 4 months to get doors and windows, when GGBP quoted us 6 weeks. The kitchen doors came with the wrong hinges and our contractor just found out that the closet doors still haven’t been made yet. GGBP told him today that they will be ready in about 3 days… yeah right.
Still one star… I’ll update when we get the doors…

I recently purchased a new entry door for our home and I found this company is excellent. Their prices and very competitive and I found them to be very professional, helpful and friendly (especially Katey). Unfortunately, this is a rare occurrence with mid-​peninsula building supply companies.
