Floor Effects

Carpet looks great. Brian was a pleasure to work with. Laid back & easy going. The team that installed it was really great to work with. There were issues with the sub floor that we desperately needed above & beyond help with and they responded with an impressive willingness & a can-​do attitude. They provided extra service at a fair price on one of the hottest days of the year for which we are very grateful!

We have had great experiences with Floor Effects. There prices are good and quality of work is excellent. They have done many projects for us and always get jobs done right and on schedule.
Working in the real estate industry we come across many contractors and the team at floor effects is one you can trust to give you quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Brian and his team at floor effects.

I purchased one room of carpeting, good quality, looks really good. I was very happy, even though I paid a lot ($ 800) for one room, it was exactly what I wanted. Except… the installer broke a piece of my bathroom tile on the edge. No big deal, it was a corner, and can be fixed easily by a contractor. Which I am not.
When I called Brian at Floor Effects about this, he said that the installer took a picture of it, said it was there before he installed the carpet. YEAH RIGHT. I think I would have noticed a broken tile while getting out of the shower every day. I would have cut my toe and noticed.
Needless to say, the rating for 1 star is because they didn’t take ownership of the problem, left me in the dust. I eventually found a tile contractor, and I had to pay for him to fix it. If it weren’t for the poor customer service AFTER I paid buckoo bucks for this carpet, it would have been a 5 star.
Too bad Brian doesn’t care about his clients after the job is done!
