Dale Carnegie Training of the Bay Area

AVOID at all Cost! Horrible experience!!! I was subject to harassing phone calls and very poor treatment and unprofessionalism by the staff at the Dale Carnegie in the Bay Area. I highly recommend that one avoids signing up for any courses with the Dale Carnegie in the bay area. There are plenty courses online from reputable universities that far exceeds their quality of customer service! Their prices are extremely inflated… Avoid at all cost!

My company sent me to a 3-​day Sales Success class. Dale Carnegie really lives up to its reputation.
I have heard great things about Dale Carnegie and was very excited when I found out that I would be attending the class. The material taught by the knowledgeable instructor was concise, beneficial and inspiring. They teach you to change your outlook so that your attitudes toward others are changed for the better. It’s easy to keep doing what you do everyday and you don’t realize that you have also changed by interacting with people. It’s good to keep tabs on your attitudes as this affects how you are perceived by others. They teach you how to do your sales pitch. You can change the order of how you say it to better your sales results! Very effective!
Group discussions were very helpful. I loved the group exercise as you get to hear what other people would do in various situation. I loved this class. My company offered in-​house training as well, but it really doesn’t do justice.
I highly recommend this to those who are interested in staying competitive in sales industry. You will come out on top.

If you are in sales or are thinking of going into sales… you would be a fool if you did not immediately take Dale Carnegie Classes from Bill and Betsy Koefoed of Dale Carnegie Training. I have had the honor of being a very successful real estate broker/​sales person in San Mateo County for the last 30 years. Many of my honed skills, techniques, negotiating skills, closing questions and statements and so much more have been learned from the Dale Carnegie Classes. I even go back for refresher courses. You will learn to really listen to what your clients wants and needs are. You will learn how to make lifelong friends, clients and raving fans. You will learn to be very comfortable in public speaking and expressing your ideas. When I see struggling sales people, I always refer them to Bill and Betsy Koefoed! They are absolutely the best at what they do! They should be a mandatory class!

I continue to believe in this wonderful organization. In addition to taking the class and coaching the class, I’ve recommended this to several friends who continue to appreciate the benefits. I’ve also met some lifelong friends. I’m SOOO glad they moved from San Francisco to San Mateo. I didn’t like hauling up to the City. Old place — horrible parking; New place — good parking!
