I’m not sure what was more amazing: the two women who helped me — or their customer service. Both far exceeded any expectations I had.
They went above and beyond at every opportunity.
Moving sucks. I’ve done the Penske truck rental every two years since 2005, so I’ve seen my share of Penske truck rental companies and their representatives — probably more than anyone else that could possibly review this location. Having declared that, I feel comfortable saying that this business, and these people are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in renting a truck.
A+ for customer service, sense of humor, and for doing more than what is required just to be helpful.

Worst customer service and horrible owners. Penske should ban them from renting trucks.
Please take your business elsewhere as they don’t even have basic skills to speak to the customer let alone dealing with them. Extremely rude lady and very racist.
