She also makes specialty blends of the highest quality essential oils, so as you are relaxing during the facial you are smelling the most amazing scents.

I purchased the Groupon and ran into some hiccups with the scheduling software. It turns out the Groupon created a bit of a scheduling frenzy. I expressed my frustration and the owner, Rose contacted me to sort it out.
She was very helpful!

I bought a Groupon deal for this place. I was very excited to use it but had a lot of difficulty scheduling my first appointment. I tried calling several times and no one picked up. I tried booking an appointment online but there wasn’t many available appointments. Eventually, I ended up booking something 6 weeks in advance.
A few days before my appointment, I received a very nice courtesy text to remind me of my appointment. I thought that was a nice touch since I booked my appointment so far in advance.
I was so thoroughly and pleasantly surprised with Rose’s service. She was very knowledge and compassionate about her work. After one facial treatment, I was very satisfied with my outcomes. My face felt moist and hydrated. She even extracted a big deep pore without very much pain at all. I was very happy with the facial service.
However, I went on here on an unusually and extremely hot day. The place has no AC! I was dying of a heat stroke and having to be wrapped up in a towel robe and underneath a blanket was a killer. Rose turned the fan on in the room but even she was dying of a heat stroke.
Despite the uncomfortably hot room, I scheduled a second appointment to come back as I was very happy with my facial. My appointment was booked one month out. To my disappointment, I didn’t get a courtesy text this time around and my calendar reminder didn’t alert me of my second appointment. So I missed my appointment and had to pay a penalty fee. The weird thing was… Rose didn’t call me. Instead, she called my husband as he was listed as my emergency contact. Weird?
Aside from the funky mixed experience, I look forward to coming here again and trying the service again. I’m excited to see how good my skin will look after 3 – 4 treatments.

Rose is an amazing specialist.
Not only is her place very beautiful and comfy, but she takes the time to inform you about the do’s and don’ts about your particular skin type! you can tell she really cares about you and the health of the skin. She is so so super friendly and easy to talk to!

Rose is amazing! I came in originally wanting to buy new face product, but was recommended that I’d meet with Rose for a consultation. From start to finish, she dealt with my nagging and unending questions. She was never too pushy on purchasing products or services which I truly appreciate since most other places tell you that you MUST buy these products or your face is jacked!
She went above and beyond to educate me about how I should be treating my skin. Within a few days, I noticed a difference on the overall appearance of my face — minimized pores, brightened skin, etc. I am beyond pleased with her service and the products she sent me home with. Definitely recommend!

Rose is awesome .That word doesnt even measure up to how great she really is I had 3sessions with her for a very calming relaxing 3facials!
