This is the second time I called John to get my upstairs apartment taken care off, and once again he did a fantastic job. I have two dogs and one cat in a relatively small apartment, so there are lots of dirt stains everywhere, and accidents happen even with older animals. It’s looks like new now. John is always very friendly, on time and fast while being thorough. I’ll definitely be calling John again next year.

I cannot say enough good things about John and Clean My Carpets. John was there on time, did a GREAT job on my carpets and even helped me with some tips as to how to keep the carpets looking great. And, the price was right! I would definitely use John again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Highly recommend Clean My Carpets and John. Very professional, arrived on time, did a very thorough job, moved furniture and removed some really tough stains. I was contemplating getting ride of the carpet in one room but now I think we have a few more years with it.

Purchased a Groupon special and had John come out and clean all the carpets in our house. He was right on time, very professional and did a great job. He moved some furniture to get better access and vacuumed up all the dog hair that had collected in the nooks and crannies. I will have him back soon to clean our couches and steam clean the tile in the kitchen area. I would recommend John to any of my friends or family.

If you buy their Groupon, be careful with their «fine print» that they will not come to anywhere if the city name is not «San Jose», even if you live right next to «San Jose» in the South Bay area. Their service map is misleading. They do not seem to have any interest in doing business, and it is a pain to get a refund from the Groupon.

I found Clean My Carpets through the Groupon special. I called ahead a couple days in advance to arrange a time for my carpets to be cleaned. John arrived on time in a large diesel truck with an industrial sized cleaning machine inside. He was professional, very friendly, and didn’t try to sell me on services I didn’t need. He moved my couches and cleaned underneath them even though he technically didn’t have to. I highly recommend this business.

Had our carpets on our stairs, hallway and 4 bedrooms all cleaned..
John did team did a great job taking out some really tough stains. They moved furniture, came when they were supposed to and did a clean thorough job.
Recommend them to anyone out there!!!
