Great food… service could be a little quicker, but understandably they are cooking my food to perfection and sometimes perfection takes a little extra time. I went during Off-​Peak hours and service was still Slower than other Whataburgers that I’ve been to.
Overall, not bad, but not great either. Still love Whataburger though! :)

If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. Granted I went during the peak hours, I already expected to wait a while. Nevertheless, that doesn’t excuse the horrible service that was given at this location. The cashiers were definitely unpleasant. We noticed that the cashier was preoccupied with another associate that I could see leaning slumped over on the counter on his phone. Worst part, he was the supervisor on duty. Great job, whataburger.

When shopping at the outlet mall or heading to Austin, this Whataburger location is a good place to stop. Food was freshly prepared, staff was friendly, and even though they were busy, they kept the tables clean.

This place is a dump. Flies everywhere, Mexican lady using bare hands to restock lettuce and service sucked. I had to flag down an employee to even place my order in front of a manager. First and last time here.

Pretty standard Whataburger here. It takes a while to get your food, but that goes for all WB’s. They forgot to put cheese on my burger today, but they didn’t charge me for it so I wasn’t too upset. They actually almost forgot to charge me all together!
The food was good as always. I wouldn’t avoid this location, they are much better than a lot of the other fast food restaurants in the San Marcos area.

Literally had to wait in line for 15 minutes behind ONE car. Food was good when I got it, but that long of a wait for fast food behind one vehicle is insane…

I went here after checking out the outlets last week. Whataburger is decent. For some reason I kind of expected more out of it. The burgers here are ok and the fries are mediocre. I guess I have a problem with the cleanliness of their restaurants. The ones that I’ve gone to seem to be subpar. If you’re hungry and in the area, give it a try once. Otherwise, look for some else.
