This review would have been much higher if I would have written it before we received our bill. The people helping us when we went in for our upgrade were really awesome. There were 2 people helping us and both gave great service except that they left an $ 80 fee out when we asked what all we can expect to pay(both conveniently forgot… We paid a lot that day and expected to be able to correctly budget for the next bill that was only supposed to be slightly higher than normal). We got our bill, it was $ 100 more than normal, called customer service and the lady was helpful but we had to call the manager at this specific location since it was the employees there that we dealt with. She wouldn’t meet us halfway. No budging, she continued to say that it was basically our fault and that they DID explain it(this lady was not present during the transaction…). Thankfully the customer service rep was much more helpful than the manager and was able to take care of a little bit of it. So my advice to anyone who goes to this location– read the fine print thoroughly.

We have visited a total of 4 Verizon Stores recently. This is the best experience we have had. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and received service immediately. Our specialist Taysia White is very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions and much more. We had doubt of continue staying with Verizon before this visit. We decided to stay with Verizon for now due to the excellent services we received.

Due to incompetence and indifference from San Marcos Verizon employees, we lost $ 200 when we bought new phones at this location. I dropped by the store a couple of weeks after buying our new phones to inquire about the $ 100 rebate on each phone, and was told the information was in the heaps of receipts we received at the time of purchase. I went back to the store 4 days later to show them the receipts and lack of rebate information, and was told that the promotion had expired yesterday and that he had misunderstood what rebate information I was referring to, and that was too bad. The head sales person is the equivalent of a used car salesman and the other employee we dealt with just doesn’t care about the customer. I highly recommend you use Verizon’s website instead.
