Overall, decent experience with the apartment. I was promised hardwood floor and got a really stained and worn out carpet. Was told that it wouldn’t replaced unless both roommates renewed lease, even after I told them that the carpet had worn out so much in some places that the nails would poke out. Now the price is hiking up to 550+ for 2bed(used to paying 515), for the proximity on campus it’s worth a 500+ tag, but the condition of the apartments and amenities its not worth no where near above 535. Not to mention that the apts are smaller then the average floorplan from other places and charge more. The staff are friendly enough to work with you somewhat on your issues.

Great place to live when you’re in college and on a budget. I’ve been here 4 months and I already renewed. It’s close to campus, we are the first on the shuttle and maintenance is quick with fulfilling request!

It’s a nice for the price, spacious rooms and a nice complex. Maintenance is slow at times but not too many complaints.

Not a bad place to live, considering the price. Past-residents have warned me of noisy neighbors, but my roommates and I have not had an issue studying or sleeping. Our complaints are mostly-minor, like how the drawer beneath the oven never stays on its rails properly, and how the living room does not come with a ceiling light or fan. As a whole, though, we are satisfied.
