Tory Burch

If you’re a Tory Burch fan, this place is an insane steal. Seriously amazing prices and a good selection. I saw bags that have a store retail value of $ 550 for $ 395 here. It’s not even all out of season items too! Staff was helpful as well. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I just left the Tori Burch outlet in San Marcos, and our experience there was fabulous. Ashley I. is literally the kindest, most attentive sales professional we have ever encountered at a retail store. We visited the outlet about five months prior today, and when we came back in this afternoon, Ashley not only remembered us, but she also remembered that we are from Houston, that I am a teacher, and what we purchased last time. Amazing! She searched through their stock in the back of the store to help me find two perfect dresses, and she had so much patience as I tried on item after item. At the end of our visit, she wrote a list of recommendations for us to try while in Austin, from restaurants to comedy clubs to even nail salons. Then, she sent an email saying how much she enjoyed our visit at the store! Wow — customer service at its very best! Thank you for making our experience so terrific, Ashley! Because of your excellent service, we will be back soon!

So I went back on October 18^th and sadly there was no hat. The wrap bracelets were back on sale so instead of leaving empty handed I ended up snagging one in brown. I was still stuck on that hat so I talked to an employee and they took down my information and a description of the hat in case they get more in stock.
Fast forward to one week later and what do you know, I have a vm from Gloria at TB saying the hat is back in stock! I gave her a call back and she said she could run my card over the phone and UPS me the hat to save me a trip to SM. Now that is good customer service and deserves a review update. Thanks TB!

One of the main reasons I make the hike over to the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos. They usually have a good selection of clothing, flip flops, the ever popular ballet flats, and purses. Although this go around they didn’t have a ton of purses. Usually when I go, which is once a year, I grab a pair of Revas, or another pair of flats. They are an absolute staple in my work wardrobe. Retail in Neiman or anywhere else is easily $ 200+. I got mine for $ 125. Decent savings. Customer service is quick, but prepared for a crowd on the weekends.

I’ve been here twice now, and both times I’ve been forced to wait in a line outside the store, because they only allow 5 customers in the store at a time. I find this so incredibly odd because by Fire Marshall standards the store can hold more than 5 people + employees.
This time I did not stand in line to wait, my previous purchase was very disappointing. Definitely not the same tory burch you would find in normal malls. Much lesser quality.

Love this store. Hannah is incredible. I bought some shoes that I loved then I called to see if they had other colors nod to order over the phone. She went above and beyond. Nice to see a store that still cares about the customer. I will be back soon!

Hard to beat Tory Birch merchandise at discounted prices. I became a fan when I walked in this store. Somehow Tory Birch had popped on the scene and everyone was wearing the cute, comfy flats with the signature logo.
So curiosity got the best of me when I was on the «Fancy Side» of the San Marcos Outlet mall headed to Kate Spade and saw this store had opened. I love shoes and purses so I was hooked once in the door. I stop in about 2 x Yr and usually pick up a purse and pair of shoes or 2. They have great flip flops and sandals, which I usually catch on sale and save $ 50 or more off retail. Month ago I snagged a simple summer purse at a total of 50% off retail (paid $ 100, retail $ 200).
I find the clothes too pricey for me, even at the outlet. Hard to justify any shirt over $ 100. Not saying they aren’t worth it.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I always have fun with them when I am checking out and trying to decide what to buy.

The SAs and Managers here are very polite, unlike the typical snobby SAs at the Woodberry Commons, NY TB outlet location.
They are very accommodating and will go to the back room multiple times if necessary to check for additional merchandise that may be in the back. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable when asking specific questions and are willing to talk to you if you have issues with older items that you may have at hand.
I would drive from Dallas to San Marcos to shop at this boutique anytime!
